If you browse other websites, you will see I have mostly 5-star reviews, and am the oldest listing in Santa Fe on a popular site.Neutered pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis! The apartment is seven-tenths of a mile to the Plaza and close to shopping, galleries, restaurants, highways north and south, DeVargas Mall. It is off the street where the building and your vehicle are not visible from the street. Half of a duplex in an adobe built in 1908. Fully equipped and comfortable, this rental is only about 6 blocks from downtown Plaza restaurants and shops. The very ample, private parking area is down a driveway off the main road and very convenient within a few feet of our front door. Janet was awesome!...More

About the neighborhood
Please contact me even if your dates are taken! I can suggest many other places.
This apartment is half of a duplex in an historic neighborhood about six blocks from the downtown Plaza, a five-minute walk to the DeVargas Mall, and less than a ten minute walk to many good restaurants and shopping. Many people have stayed here without a vehicle! It is a mile to Artist Road, which leads to the ski basin (about 16 miles up the hill). On the way to the ski basin are many hiking trails, and about three miles up is Ten Thousand Waves, a wonderful outdoor/indoor spa. It is one mile to our famous large dog park. One block away is the highway that leads north or south, and going north, joins 599 south not far away for easy access to Albuquerque. This is an old neighborhood that is now mostly upsc...

Getting around
There are bus lines on nearby Paseo de Peralta, St. Francis Drive Guadalupe Street, and W Alameda Street.
The Railrunner train station to Albuquerque and other stops is on Guadalupe Street, less than a mile away.
There are shuttles to the Santa Fe and Albuquerque airports, and some will pick you up at home.
Uber and Lyft are the only taxis.

The apartment is 7/10 of a mile from the downtown Plaza, and less than a five-minute walk to DeVargas Mall with many restaurants and two grocery stores. There are restaurants and stores on the walk downtown.
It is about about 10 miles from the Santa Fe Airport, and and hour to Albuquerque, with easy access to highways in all directions. It is a mile to Artist Road, which changes to Hyde Park Road and leads to the ski basin.
