House Rental
Perfect, cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath Santa Fe vacation rental located in the Railyard/Guadalupe neighborhood. You will have “sweet dreams” in this well decorated townhome in a private, quiet compound. The living room is decorated with southwestern décor, art and comfy leather sofa and chairs. There is a flat screen TV with cable provided for your viewing pleasure, as well as a DVD player and stereo. Cuddle around the wood burning fireplace for cool winter evenings and enjoy a good book or movie. The well-equipped kitchen is small but has all the standard appliances as well as cookware to enjoy a relaxing home cooked meal with comfortable seating for six at the dining room table.

Lives up to its name!
This darling 2-story condo nestled into the neighborhood is an obviously loved other home for its owners and does provide sweet dreams. It has all the amenities waiting for you and is within walking distance of Guadalupe Street shopping, the Railyard district, Farmers Market, and the famous Santa Fe Plaza. I've stayed here often and will do so again, either alone or with family or friends. I especially enjoy having morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony. The place has always been clean when I arrive. The only downside for longer stays is having to use the coin-operated washer and dryer in the laundry room shared by the 5 condos. It's a little difficult to locate the actual property management office (close to the plaza and this condo), but the check-in process is easy and dealings with them online or by phone have been courteous, prompt, and professional.

Positive stay at Sweet Dreams
We loved the location as we were able to comfortably walk to most places we chose to visit. The stairs to the upstairs were narrow and could be an issues for someone with mobility problems. The décor was lovely and very comfortable! Supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)were all there and we did not run out during our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental!

The best rental I've ever had
Sweet Dreams was all that and more. The house is in a great location, has comfortable furniture and beds and had everything we needed in bathrooms and kitchen. The patio is private and a wonderful place to begin the day or end it. If I am ever in Santa Fe again, I would want to return to Sweet Dreams.

Perfect in All Ways
Private, Quiet, and Extraordinarily Clean. We were four women and brought coffee and breakfast items. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed relaxing in the morning with coffee and a light breakfast. Everyone had their own bed and with three bathrooms, we did very well. The living area had comfortable furniture and we loved the decor; especially the cow in the eating area.

Santa Fe rental
Amazing location, patio and balcony. Clean, well-stocked for cooking. Master bed was too soft. Others were fine. Easy working with the property manager. Farmers market and rail yard restaurants nearby and plaza not far.

Comfy and Practical
This location was both comfortable for three people and practical for venturing into downtown by foot. I have no complaints and only praises. The fire place was perfect for our winter stay. Would visit again!

Great Location and Accomodations!
We walked everywhere. It was a quick 10 minutes to the Plaza and less to the farmer's market and railroad district. The accommodations were great for the 6 of us. A very comfortable house to come back to at the end of a day walking!
