This new luxury Santa Fe vacation rental consists of 2350 sq. ft. of living space, three bedrooms, and 2½ baths. High-end finishes include Spanish Pueblo doors, Asko, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinets, granite, travertine, and marble countertops, Viga ceilings beautiful maple hardwood floors and three fireplaces. Beamed ceilings give the house the complete look of an old adobe with a contemporary flavor. High ceilings. Plenty of natural light. The master suite offers a king bed, fireplace, and fabulous bath. The two guest bedrooms share a bath and a half and offer two kings with the option of one being converted to twins. The original artwork has been collected over the years by the homeowners who have been visiting Santa Fe for decades. The sound system has speakers throughout the house and there are three flat screen TVs in the home. As you approach the home, you will be welcomed with a portal and driveway of tumbled brick. Through the front gate is a small, intimate front patio with bistro table and chairs. The rear large terraced partly covered portal with fireplace offers wonderful mountain views and a dining table and gas grill. Minimum night stay may be required during peak seasons. Location: On Apodaca Hill 12-minute walk to Canyon Road (.7 miles) 32-minute walk to The Plaza (1.7 miles) 40-minute walk to Railyard (2 miles) Close to Geronimo, The Teahouse, and El Farol Close to Santa Fe River Trail, Patrick Smith Park, and Canyon Rd. PLEASE NOTE: - The third bedroom with the king size bed can be split into two twins by request. Please let us know a week prior to arrival if you would like to have this done. An additional queen sofa bed can be made up upon request. - The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th - The owner stores her car in the garage, and it is not available for use by guests - This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee. 155744.
