This ground floor unit is located in a quiet cul de sac close to the Ventana Canyon hiking trail gate with beautiful mountain views from the screened patio. The living room hosts a comfortable leather couch and loveseat, fireplace, 52" Samsung HDTV with a Sony blue ray player and high speed wireless internet. The ceramic tile from the living room leads into the well equipped and well stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds with high quality linens and adequate storage for your belongings. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a Samsung HDTV with a Sony blueray player. There is a closet organizer in the second bedroom. The full sized washer and dryer is in the hallway. Visiting Family

This condo is located in a large complex in the Ventana Canyon area about 20 minutes from the city center. It was very clean as were the grounds of the complex. The pool was very nice; we did not use the fitness center. It was quiet in our area and there is a back gate to get directly to a Ventana Canyon trail. The owner was very easy to contact as was the onsite person when we had a question.

This condo was great! Private, quiet, and had EVERYTHING we needed. Went to Bashas down the road for perishables, that’s all we needed to buy. Slept very well on comfortable bed. Walk out the back gate and you are hiking on the beautiful trail. We’ve stayed at 4 different condos in Ventana, this was the best. Peggy was easy to deal with and a gracious host. Don’t hesitate.
