The ambiance and seclusion of the condo was great although the condo itself was some what dated. There was a restaurant directly across from where we were staying and there was a wedding celebration Friday and Saturday of our stay, and it was still pretty quiet at night. The bed was definitely not what we were used to because of the firmness and size. There was usually no one at the pool which cheerfully excited...

This property is top of the line. Forget the touristy motels this property has it all. We traveled with our two teenagers who loved the separate bdrm, bath & WiFi. The condo is clean, beds comfortable,bathrooms well appointed with nice towels, hairdryer & night lights. Kitchen has all the utensils that you could want. We stayed for the foifth time at the Black canyon Inn because of the amazing views, unique location (hidden but just blocks from Estes Park and Roads to rocky Mountain National Park), and the accomodations. In all our previous stays we had been in the charming Columbine Cabin, but on this trip stayed in a somewhat larger Condo with an incredible vbiew of Longs Peak.
