“LINGER LONGER” Home away from it all……. Estes Park Business License # 3242. Our Cabin is a charming 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms located on a quiet 1.34 acre lot with easy access with paved road and paved driveway. Breathtaking Views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide. Snow-capped mountains, 30 plus mature Ponderosa pine trees on the property with rock outcroppings and wildflowers. Enjoy your day reading a book on the deck, having your morning coffee or just relaxing after a day of hiking.
Due to the town of Estes Park/Larimer County, Colorado vacation home regulations and occupancy permit, this property is limited to a maximum of 8 occupants..

Supper relaxing
Such a nice place with great views,it looks like it was very recently updated. With some of the weather we had just stayed in and enjoyed it. Already booked a week in July can't wait.

Beautiful View and Great Location
The location is close to both RNP and the town of Estes Park. It's in a quiet location and has an incredible view of the mountains! Comfortable home with a cozy fireplace. It had all that we needed.

About the neighborhood
Beautiful mountain views of Longs Peak from our deck. Only a couple minute drive to restaurants and shopping. About a 5 minute drive to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and to downtown Estes.

Easy access to our home on paved city maintained asphalt road. Quiet location with deer and elk in the yard frequently.

We are located in the High Drive area with in the town limits of Estes Park. The road to our home is an asphalt road maintained by the city and asphalt drive way with easy access and very quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and rock out croppings in the yard.
