A Note From the Owner: Welcome to our condo. For over thirty years we have been returning to this location and finally decided it was time to buy. We love being right on the beach adjoining both Kamaole one and two. They are among the best beaches we have ever encountered. From our condo the views are unbeatable. We enjoy watching all the water activities, the turtles, porpoises, whales, etc., all from our unit. The collection of restaurants and shops directly across the street are very convenient and good. The micro climate here is drier than many other areas on Maui. We know you will enjoy a stay here.

Royal Mauian #416
We had a wonderful two weeks in this vacation condo. It’s located directly above the pool and we were a little apprehensive. We only had two littles that screamed a lot but they were usually early in the day. Also they were only there a few days. The staff at Royal Mauian is very good at monitoring the noise level especially at night. If your planning a loud party this is not the place to book.
This condo was well stocked with cooking supplies and serve ware. We ended up keeping a lot of the dry goods we bought in the bedroom closet. The kitchen has a strange layout. If the dishwasher door is open you can not get to the other end of the kitchen without closing it.
Other than the above it’s a good rental.

Royal Mauian is amazing
We can’t say enough good about this place. The view speaks for itself. Steps away from some of the best snorkeling on the island (we tried most of the others as well-this beach is great especially if you like swimming with turtles!).
The staff is top of the line friendly, helpful, and very responsive.
I’m dreaming of the opportunity to go back some day.

Perfect condo experience
Fully equipped condo with a full view of the horizon; when lying on the queen bed, it looks like you're floating on the water! Furniture is comfy, kitchen and floors are updated, everything we needed was there. Anything else we needed was across the street. We snorkeled in front of the condo, and swam and boogie boarded at the sandy beaches on either side. We always had breezes/wind coming through the open slider and windows, so we wouldn't have used air conditioning even if we had the option. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the grounds are well kept and clean. We would love to stay here again!
