A newly privately purchased villa, Sunshine Villa is a large, stone-faced detached 4 Bedroom Private Villa set in a quiet and tranquil location in the Ovacik district of Fethiye Ölüdeniz. It can sleep up to 10 people. Built over three stories, it had a spacious lounge/dining and fully equipped kitchen. It is situated on a very quiet complex of just two detached villas and is located about 200 meters from the local shops and restaurants in Ovacik. A direct bus route will take you to the main high street, beach and town centre. The entrance to the villa provides off road parking taking you to the front door of the villa.

The villa is fully furnıshed to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned. The entrance door leads into the hallway with a WC. It opens into a spacious lounge with two sets of Double Patio doors leadıng to a balcony overlooking the Pool and the Garden. The Dining and Kitchen area are to the left; open plan. The kitchen is well fitted with plenty of storage space. There is an oven and a hob with an extractor fan, a washing machine, and a tall fridge-freezer.
From the hall stairs to the first floor, there are two Double Bedrooms. One a Master bedroom with fully tiled en-suite with bath and shower room with large double wardrobes, air-conditioning, and a balcony. The Second double bedroom is also well-furnished and with a balcony. From the ground floor stairs to the basement there is a large a family shower room. There is also one very large double bedroom and one twin sharing bedroom with a shower room located in the hallway. The villa has ceramic tiled floors throughout. The gardens are laid to grass with shrubs and trees, there is a built in BBQ area and around the pool there is plenty of space for sun-beds. The garden furniture is fully equipped for a large family.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Villa. The accommodation was ideal for our family of 5 people and could easily sleep more. A nice quiet location, very short walk to nearby shops bars and restaurants. Most evenings we took the short taxi ride (called from just outside the villa) into Hisaronu for a much greater choice of shops bars and restaurants. It is possible to walk in around 25 minutes. We also took the bus to Olu Deniz and Fethiye for day trips but were mostly happy to chill by the pool during the day. It was very hot during our stay so we were grateful for the air conditioning. We had a couple of minor issues in the villa when we arrived which were quickly sorted. It was our first time to this area and we would certainly return. 5 people ranging from 14, 21, 23, 44 and 57 something for everyone

Great location
I stayed here with my family and it comfortably slept 8 of us. The pool area and sun loungers are cleaned every morning and it’s a great place to spend a lazy day.
The Villa is set in a quiet location with just a short walk to a few restaurants and shops. Hisarönü is a 20 minute walk away or a 23TL taxi. The taxi call box is about 50 yards away at the end of the street. The water park is about a mile away from the Villa also.
Esam the owner was in contact during our stay and also Aydin and Amanda who look after the Villa came round to make sure there were no problems and to answer any questions we may have had. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Sunshine Villa Ovicek
Lovely villa, nice peaceful location, and only 5 minutes from the town. We really enjoyed our Family break here. Also the managing agents Amanda and Aydin, really look after you and the villa, any problems they are straight on it and back to you with an answer. What more can you ask for?. Would thoroughly recommend, and will be returning next year.

Excellent location, pleasant villa
Very comfortable, clean and specious villa. It was Close to all local amenities, cafes and restaurants, iyet it was in a quiet and relaxing location. Air quality was excellent. Fethiye centre was a short drive. Good roads.
The villa had everything we needed.
We will stay there again, hopefully soon.

Perfect spot for the Turkish South west coast, beaches, mountains and history.
Wonderful stay. Convenient location for a range of activities; beach, mountains and local history. Every day something new. Comfortable, inviting, and warm surroundings. Pleasant aspect with pool and fruit trees. Friendly neighbours. Helpful and generous locals. Enjoyed the experience so much arranging to go back within the next two months despite being ‘out of season’.
