Easy access in and out Monte Pego and to the main road, since the villa is close to a secondary entrance (there are no twists and turns to get there). This is why you can get to the beach in only 10 minutes. 5 minutes drive to the restaurants and supermarkets in Pego, Verger, Els Poblets and Denia. All kind of tourist amenities (restaurants, water parks, whitewashed villages, Benidorm…) are within a range of 30 to 40 minutes. Car is essential, however. Private pool which can be heated during Spring and Autumn (extra cost). The plot is fully fenced so it is also safe for children. Barbeque by the swimmingpool. Playground for adults and children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. All rooms have independent air conditioning units. Parking space for 2 cars. Easy access to the highway to visit all the whitewashed villages in Costa Blanca, Javea, Altea and Benidorm. 10% IVA included in price. The overuse of supplies (60 KW/day and 600 litres/day) will be charged at a 0.5 euro per kWh and 3€ per M3. Everything is a 10 min drive away so a car is essential. In exchange, you will get a calm environment and some breathtaking views over the natural park and the coastline. The house is away from the summer traffic jams. The house is not overlooked and enjoys complete privacy. In the development you will find two restaurants and a cafeteria with music ambiance. However the best restaurants are by the beach 10' away.
