Fantástico!!
Estuvimos el año pasado y este hemos repetido. El apartamento tiene una ubicación fantástica, en el centro pero en una zona tranquila. Cuenta con plaza de parking lo que en Llanes, en agosto, es de agradecer. El apartamento está muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesaro. Totalmente recomendable.

Perfecto para dos
Ya estuvimos en el 2015 y en los años siguientes siempre estaba ocupado y este año reservamos con antelacion.Bueno por varias cosas esta al lado del centro. vistas a un parque,al rio,a los picos de europa lo mas mas para nosotros plaza de garaje,ascensor,un edificio silencioso ,los que mas ruidos icimos eramos nosotros que vivimos en casa de campo y hacemos ruido sin darnos cuenta.
Cocina,habitacion,salon,y una pequeña teraza todo perfecto para unas vacaciones .
Lo unico que dijo mi mujer que le faltaba una espuma a la tabla de planchar y no es importante para nosotros pero no serio si no cuento toda nuestra opinion

Appartement central avec vue imprenable
Une vue exceptionnelle et un appartement très bien situé et bien agencé mais exposé plein sud alors croisez les doigts en cas de chaleur (rare heureusement à llanes) car il n y a pas de volets mais des baies vitrées.
Le point négatif reste la discothèque située juste en face imposant de dormir les fenêtres fermées avec les jeunes qui hurlent entre 4 et 6h ( même les boules quies peuvent se révéler insuffisantes donc vigilance... )

Merci beaucoup pour le commentaire et sachez que vous avez apprécié votre séjour à Llanes. Je cherche des options, mais j'ai bien peur qu'en été et par beau temps, il y ait beaucoup de jeunes dans la rue sans vouloir dormir.
Je vous souhaite un bon repos estival et vous savez où nous trouver pour une autre occasion.

Muy bien
Excelente ubicación del apartamento, al lado de todo pero a la vez tranquilo. El parking fenomenal porque si no en agosto imposible aparcar. El apartamento muy bien con todo lo necesario la única pequeña pega que al ser cristaleras y no tener persianas al mediodía hacía mucho calor. Genial!!

Sehr zentrale Lage - ideal für 2 Personen
Sehr zentral in Llanes, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gott sei Dank gibt es eine kleine Tiefgarage, die aber sehr eng ist wenn alle da sind. Alles notwendige ist da,
bei 4 Personen wäre es eng. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Der kleine Balkon ist leider kaum nutzbar da nicht geschützt aber meistens ist man sowieso in der Stadt. Einkauf+Restaurants sehr nah.

Perfect location in lively Llanes
This comfortable and quiet apartment overlooks a small park next to the river that flows through the town and down to the sea, and has a pedestrian promenade (floodlit at night) that leads directly into the town. Out of the front door, it is literally a 2 minute stroll to one of the main squares (Plaza Parres Sobrino) with its many restaurants, bars, sidrerias and cafes, and then across to the medieval quarter and the quaysides. The beaches are also less than a 5 minute walk away. The apartment has a modern refitted kitchen and bathroom, plenty of storage in cupboards, shelves and drawers, and a pleasant lounge. Llanes is an ideal town for a base to explore the beautiful rugged coast and the Picos National Park with its spectacular mountains and forests. It is also only just over an hour's drive from Asturias Airport via the main coastal highway. Highly recommended.

Magnífica situación de un apartamento excelente
A escasos minutos de toda la oferta gastronómica de Llanes, del barrio medieval, de las playas del Sablón y Puerto Chico, del mercado semanal... No se puede mejorar la situación de un apartamento cómodo, suficientemente espacioso para una pareja, luminoso, buenas vistas y con párking, pero muy tranquilo. Ana y Juana se superan en amabilidad. Por señalar algún defectillo demasiado pequeño el televisor y faltan tazas de café. Volveremos!

Apartamento con vistas
Apartamento en el corazón de Llanes, muy bien equipado y cerca de todo: supermercados, playas, restaurantes y parques para los más pequeños. Su propietaria estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento y la persona encargada de darnos las llaves también. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Apartamento ideal para conocer la zona
Excelente apartamento situado dentro de LLanes prácticamente en el centro. Nosotros es la segunda vez consecutiva que volvemos a él. Muy tranquilo, con todo muy cercano: supermercados, restaurantes....
La persona que se encarga de entregar las llaves y de lo que necesites es muy amable, un verdadero lujo.
Sin dudas repetiremos en las próximas vacaciones.
