The property has been equipped to a high standard and is well presented. There are 3 well arranged bedrooms ALL with air-conditioning and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms open on to an exterior area/terrace and have mosquito screens. The main bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has a standard double and the third two single beds. The kitchen, dining area, living room all seamlessly connect making it ideally for families to be close to each other before during at meal times and they have easy access to the main terrace where there is an outdoor dining table. There are new modern bathrooms on all levels of the property, including close to the pool.

About the neighborhood
Monte de los Almendros is an exclusive area which has been developed slowly and cautiously over more than 30 years. There are plenty of green areas and it is well maintained with proper roads providing easy access.

In addition to the villa's own pool the hillside of Monte de los Almendros also has a an additional large swimming pool, a smaller children's pool and a tennis court. Other activities include a small children's play area with swings and see-saw, a 5 aside pitch and basketball hoop. These are located about a five minute walk from the home.

The villa is one of the lowest on the hillside which means that guests often decide to walk down to the beach which takes about 15 minutes.
