It's a great place to come to unwind but you are still just 30 minutes from Ronda and just over one hour from the coast if you feel like sightseeing.
Generally, we find that our guests are independent travellers who like to divide their time between sightseeing and relaxing and, while they enjoy their privacy, they also like to meet other usually like-minded people from other places.
However, you will be pleased to know that each of our studios is completely separate and you can enjoy your holiday in peace.

Children are very welcome in Studio Ana and we have a baby cot and high chair available for your use. For an older child, we can add a single bed for a supplement of €5.
Pets can sometimes be accepted but the request must be made before booking. They must also be able to get along with our friendly dog and our cat (who mainly stays out of the way of any visiting dogs!).
Smoking is allowed on your private terrace but not in the apartment itself.
We could not choose a better place. Quiet house. Peaceful area, well communicated by train, plenty of nature. Nice staff, Breda and Thierry the owners were so nice, helpful, warm and charming people that we should come back soon. Loved the hammock at the terrace. We had a very pleasant say. Really good for convenience.

Propietarios encantadores y serviciales
Estuvimos estupendamente alojados en la Finca. Ambos propietarios son encantadores. Fui con mi marido y con mi perro que lo disfrutó aún más ya que pudo jugar con LUna y sobre todo con Peeper sus dos perros que están en la finca y que son muy educados y buenos.
La primera noche estaba algo frio el apartamento teniendo en cuenta que era el mes de diciembre pero tiene dos radiadores electricos que calientan fenomenal y los siguientes dÃas estuvimos muy confortables y a gusto. Cocina bien equipada y en perfecto estado asà como muy limpio todo.Tanto el apartamento como las zonas comunes. Casa muy tranquila y como os digo tanto Therry como Brenda muy serviciales y atentos en todo momento. Dispuestos a informarnos de todo lo que necesitaramos y muy cariñosos con nuestro perro. Lo recomendamos cien por cien.

A wonderful relaxing place to stay with wonderful convivial owners
This is a wonderful base to explore the mountains and hill towns of Andalucia. The accomodation was extremely comfortable, especially the beds, and my 11 year old son enjoyed the experience as much as his parents. The pool is great, clean and a welcome joy when returning from sight seeing trips. The owners were full of useful trips and recommendations and extremely friendly.Especially enjoyable is taking the train to lunch spots - without having to drive. We stayed for a week and had an excellent holiday.

Happy Holidays in Andalucia
My Husband and I brought our young daughters to Cortes de la Frontera for a second time last september and are planning another trip this April, we have found Breda and her family wonderful hosts, their new property is fantastic, the kids loved the swimming pool area. We went horse riding in the mountains and explored on bicycles for hours on end. The Costa del Sol coast is only a 90 minute drive away so we had a few superb 'Beach' days too. I love the whole village atmosphere of the area and of cousre the amazing old city of Ronda is very close by train, about an hour, the train station is a 15 minute walk away. Can't wait to go back, so much more to explore. We stayed in one of the Finca's (self contained apartment) but next trip we want a Yurt, they look amazing. We were also lucky enough to catch a ''Feria'' a mini festival in the village with funfairs, bazzars, food stalls and much merriment.

Amazing Andalucian Yurt Experience
This was my second time visiting this part of the world with my family and we left as we did before with plans to return. Our hosts Breda & Thierry were outstanding in their hospitality and local knowledge, there are no shortage of day trips, family excursions and solo endeavours near and far to indulge in. Clean, friendly, peaceful and secluded yet near to plenty of bar's, restaurants and local shops, city shopping is only a train ride away, all well within our careful budget. We managed to get in some roman ruins, pony trekking and a halloween festival in our week in Cortes in between the lazing around in late summer sunshine. We will definetly be coming back again.

About the neighborhood
This is a very special part of Andalucia; we are less than one hour from the coast with its motorways and bustle and yet here it feels like a whole different world! People always have time to stop and chat, to enjoy a drink with friends and just watch the world go by. If you like small, local bars with friendly owners, cheap simple food, and a relaxed pace of life, then this is the place for you!
There are lots of walks to do of varying degrees of difficulty or you can opt for a yoga or pilates class. Horse-riding is also available locally and there is an excellent guide if you are interested in a tailor-made walk in the area.
Getting around
You can get around by train, bicycle, on foot or by car and there is also a bus station in the nearby town of Ronda with services to Seville, Cadiz, etc.

How to get there
We advise flying in to Gibraltar, Malaga or Seville airport and then hiring a car.
It is possible to take the bus and the train to get here too and the train station is just a few minutes away on foot. However, there are so many places to explore that are just not accessible using public transport that we strongly recommend that you hire a car to make the most of your holiday. Also, in summer, it is difficult to walk very far in the heat so having a car is a really good idea.
