Sa Perda is a stylish new apartment complex located a few steps from one of the beaches that make the east coast of Sardinia the most striking of the island.It takes its name from the big stone (Sa Perda) placed in the corner of the property and it was built with modern references to traditional Sardinian architecture using natural stone for the exterior walls.Sa Perda consists of four independent apartments that overlook in lovely gardens reserved to the guests.Each garden is equipped with outdoor shower to ensure greater comfort as returning from the beach. Meravigliosa vacanza
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanza ad agosto 2021. È stato un soggiorno davvero speciale, all’insegna del relax. Il nostro appartamento era molto confortevole, fornito di tutto il necessario e molto pulito (punto a grandissimo favore!). In particolare abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo lo spazio esterno, bene attrezzato (veranda con tavolo per mangiare, barbecue, doccia esterna, giardinetto ben curato con sdraio). La zona è davvero spettacolare, con numerose e bellissime spiagge a poca distanza (5-10 minuti di auto), inclusa una bella spiaggia a 300 metri da casa. Anche l’entroterra è pieno di sorprese e vale sicuramente la pena prendersi qualche mezza giornata per fare una gita nei dintorni. Bellissimo il giro in gommone lungo la costa, fitta di spiagge e calette incredibili e famose. Siamo stati benissimo e ringraziamo Gabriele che ci ha accolto fin da subito con grande gentilezza e disponibilità e ci ha accompagnato con consigli e supporto per tutta la vacanza. Insomma, consigliatissimo…!

Super netter Aufenthalt
Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind mit 2 Jahren) 10 schöne Tage in diesem netten Appartement verbracht. Es ist sehr großzügig und nett eingerichtet. Babybett haben wir selbstverständlich bekommen. Der Garten war super zum Spielen für unseren Kleinen. Der Strand Lido di Oro (15 Autominuten) hat uns für unseren Kleinen am besten gefallen und war traumhaft! Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Eine wundervolle Zeit in dem sehr ruhigen und gut eingerichteten Haus
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im September in dem Haus in mitten von grünen und blühenden Büschen und Bäumen und einem gepflegten Rasen.
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände sind für einen Ferienaufenthalt vorhanden.
Hilfreich war die Klimaanlage, wenn es zu heiß und schwül war, wir haben sie allerdings nicht oft gebraucht. Sehr schön war auch, dass man den gepflegten Strand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnte.
Elisabetta war zu dieser Zeit nicht da, aber ihr Assistent Gabriele war ein exzellenter Host!
Er hat uns alles erklärt und sehr gute Tips zu Restaurants, schönen Stränden in der Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gegeben und uns auch bei der Buchung einer Schiffsfahrt zu den Buchten geholfen.
Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!
Wir werden gerne einmal wiederkommen und hoffen, dass die Umstände dann wieder einfacher werden.

Bellissima Vacanza!
Abbiamo soggiornato a “Sa Perda” lo scorso agosto. L’appartamento è spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort sia all’interno che all’esterno, con un curatissimo giardino e una splendida veranda dove poter cenare e rilassarsi anche grazie alle sue dotazioni (doccia esterna, barbecue, sdraio). Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla cura e dalla pulizia (cosa rara a questi livelli in base alla nostra esperienza) sia della struttura che delle suppellettili, comprese le stoviglie e gli accessori vari. Ottima posizione rispetto al mare, la spiaggia più vicina (stupenda) è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Volendosi spostare in auto in 10/15 minuti si raggiungono spiagge altrettanto belle.
Un grazie particolare a Gabriele (referente dei proprietari in loco) che ci ha accolto con una professionalità davvero unica, sempre disponibile e cortese per qualsiasi nostra esigenza, dandoci anche ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni e su dove poter gustare un eccellente pasto.
Un posto dove torneremo sicuramente.

benvenuti nella ospitalità sarda
belle casette a due passi dal mare, giardino molto ben curato. ma la cosa più bella è stato sentirsi a casa, trattati benissimo da gabriele, il ragazzo che gestisce la proprietà. carico di informazioni preziose e disponibilissimo. l'ogliastra offre bellissime spiaggie e calette. le famiglie con bambini qua sono benvenute e accolte con il sorriso.

Petit coin de paradis
C'était mal parti pour nous, mais grâce à Elisabetha et Gabriele, notre enferr s'est transformé en paradis....
Leur disponibilité, leurs conseils, leur gentillesse.... le tout, à 3 minutes d'une magnifique plage, et oui 3 minutes à pieds, nous avons chronométré 😀.
Idéalement bien placé donc, très ombragé et tant mieux avec cette chaleur, magnifiquement bien entretenue, vraiment, il ne reste plus qu'à profiter, à savourer....
Encore merci à vous deux et continuez ainsi.

Soggiorno splendido a Sa Perda
Appartamento molto curato in ogni suo dettaglio e comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone.
Giardino ombreggiato splendido e ben tenuto!

Tutto perfetto!!!
Appartamento nuovo, curato, con ogni confort possibile... giardino, veranda, barbecue.
Elisabetta e Gabriele ci hanno accolti con professionalità, gentilezza e tanta simpatia.
Disponibilità assoluta.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere, anche senza usare l’auto,le spiagge in zona.
La spiaggia di Basaura dista 5 min a piedi dall’appartamento.
Consigliatissimo.

Traumhafter Urlaub!
Anfang Juni haben wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) wieder tolle Tage auf Sardinien verbracht. Diesmal in Tortoli! Die Unterkunft von Elisabetha war absolut super! Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend. Wir hab uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, jedes Haus verfügt über eine eigene möblierte Terrasse und der Hausstrand ist gleich um die Ecke. Dank des Guides von Elisabetha haben wir traumhafte Buchten und Strände entdeckt, sardische Kultur kennengelernt und lecker gegessen. Unsere Gastgeberin hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wer weiß, vielleicht sieht man sich schon bald wieder. :)

About the neighborhood
The beach of San Gemiliano like all in the area, is equipped with kiosk and activities to enjoy with friends and family.
You will be just minutes from the marina in Arbatax from where you can book a ferry to visit the now famous Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritze, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine.
About a 15 minute drive your feet will sink into the fine white sand of Lido di Orri and Cea beaches with the unmistakable red porphyry rocks in the middle of the bay.
For pebbles lovers instead we suggest the wide beach of Barisardo where you will find the seventeenth-century Tower of Barì that once divided the women beach from the men's. Here, too, the water is crystal clear, but soon deep a few meters from the shore.
Yet countless possibilities offered by the coast, but do not forget the hinterland, rich in mystery, history, art and legends.
Of all the tour: the green train, the tomb of the giants in the Selene Green Park, the neuralgic site Su Serbissi, the Maria Lai museum close to the town Jerzu where to stop for a taste of Cannonau wine. Do not miss the festivals, unique opportunity to taste the typical products and get in touch with local traditions.
Make sure you also visit the enchanting Gorroppu Canyon with designed routes for all levels of training, or the cave of Su Marmuri, amongst the most impressive in Europe, to get a breath of fresh air to 200 steps underground.
Of course if you want a breathtaking view there is no need to sweat, you can easily drive to the natural monument of Perda Longa from which you will have an overview of almost the entire coast of Ogliastra. There is also a spot for a meal or a drink with the perspective of a seagull.
