Condo/Apartment
Gabian (the local name for seagull) is a modern hotel apartment on the edge of the Etang de Thau in Port Rive Gauche, a luxury building constructed in a style reflecting local traditions on the site of an ancient wine warehouse. It is situated in the historic town of Marseillan between Sete and Agde in the South of France, where the Canal du Midi reaches the Mediterranean in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon. This stylish two-bedroom apartment offers elegant and comfortable accommodation for up to four people. Both bedrooms open on to a shaded terrace, as does the large combined living and dining room. A series of large French windows gives a wonderful feeling of light to this room, with dramatic views over the Etang, the fishing port, the oyster beds and Sete. A lovely spacious, comfortable and well appointed apartment with balconies looking out over the Etang - a perfect setting for breakfast. Handy for all of the amenities of Marseillan, and close to several excellent restaurants and cafes.
