This classic 2 bedroom apartment in the historic St. John's sleeps up to 4 people, a relaxing and unpretentious home base for your exploration of Seattle's bustling Pike/Pine corridor in Capitol Hill right beneath us. This apartment is approx. 625 sq. ft.

All of our apartments are stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, blow dryers, irons, ironing boards, and free wifi access.

Apartment 304 is our first short term apartment, started in 2005. It is very comfortable and a great place to stay while visiting Seattle. There are two bedrooms. The master has a Cal King bed, the second has two adult sized twins. There is no sleeper in the living room so the apartment can only house up to four guests. We really enjoyed our stay at St Johns, it is well situated and served our needs perfectly. My parents drove down from Vancouver to stay with us for 3 nights. Worked out perfectly.The apartment had everything we needed. Thanks for a memorable stay.

About the neighborhood
Our address is 725 East Pike Street. We're on the corner of East Pike and Harvard Avenue on Capitol Hill, one block off the main north-south arterial, Broadway. East Pike runs from the Pike Place Market through downtown Seattle, past the Washington State Convention Center, and up onto Capitol Hill, to our building. The entire distance from the market to us is 18 blocks. It's an easy walk! In fact, it is easier to walk downtown than to drive there and then have to find a place to park. That's one of the advantages of staying with us!
