New-build apartments ALPsmart in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time in the quite place next to kids playground and a forest. Place has a stunning view on the valley Oetztal. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
We have Apartment “Sunrise” with 2 bedrooms and Studio 'Sunset' with 1 bedroom, where can together accommodate comfortably 6-7 persons.
+ Each bedroom has a closet and queen-size bed, which can be transformed to 2 single beds!! Please let us know, which of configuration would you prefer. + 2 Bathrooms with shower and WC.+ You will have all necessary in the apartment: towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs.
+ There is a Sauna in the house, which can be used twice a week upon request.
+ You will have access to a ski room, where you are welcome to leave your equipment and ski boots on the professional dryer.

It was amazing place in Wonderland!Irina and Sergei are very hospitable and responsive hosts. Well equipped new modern apartments with great view on the mountains. Great place for kids with playground near and option to grill in the evening. Highly recommended place !

Отдыхали семьей , снимали оба апартамента . В первую очередь хочется отметить гостеприимство Сергея и Ирины . Ребята оперативно отвечали на любые вопросы и всегда были готовы помочь в любой ситуации , за это отдельное им спасибо.
Апартаменты находятся в тихом месте с отличным видом. Снабжены всем самым необходимым , новая мебель и свежий ремонт. Есть возможность воспользоваться сауной, то что надо после каталки.
Также апартаменты снабжены кухней с посудомойкой , комнаты для хранения горнолыжного оборудования с сушилками для ботинок, это очень удобно .
Отличное соотношения цены и качества .

Perfect apartment right next to Soelden
Great isolated brand-new apartment / studio in a house operated by a married couple (both of which are ski & snowboard instructors!) Irina helped us a lot with choosing and booking skiing equipment, navigating around resorts and was really welcoming. The location is about 30 minutes away from the ski resort but very close to Oetz, which has all the best cafes, shops and the rail station to Innsbruck. Overall, excellent place for a very reasonable price! We will definitely visit again!

+ 8,3 km – 11 min with a car to a Stuibenfall hike, it’s the highest waterfall in Tirol. There is also stunning Via Ferrata (high rope) route.
