So what is the Spur? The Spur is the road that connects Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It refers to the 5 mile stretch that cuts through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and is lined with vibrant trees and a beautiful stream that runs along it. It's in the middle of both towns and just a short drive to all the attractions and the National Park. This 1 bedroom / sleeps 4 cabin has a Great Mountain Setting without having to drive to far into the Mountains! No crazy driveway and no steps to climb, offers a nice circular driveway which makes it easy to get into 'A real bonus in this area'. It is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries or a small family ( 2 adults/ 2 kids). This cozy cabin is separated from all the other cabins for privacy, but close enough to feel like a community which offers a lot of charm. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m, but 80% of the time our cabin is ready earlier , we will text the day of your arrival to let you know. Please do not arrive early unless authorized by us. Check-out time is by 1O:00 a.m. Please be prepared to be out by 10:00, as most of the time, the cabin has to be cleaned and prepared for another guest arriving that same day. 2.What is your cancellation Policy? Our cancellation policy is Flexible and one of the options Tripadvisor mandates us to pick from. Cancellations affect owners significantly . The deposit will be refunded as follows: * If you have paid in full you will receive a 50 % refund if you cancel 30 days before check-in .You may re-book for future dates without penalty and you just pay the difference for seasonal rates. Note: Please understand we cannot refund in full as most guests book with months of anticipation and it's real hard to get last minute bookings. If you cancel we'll be stranded with lost days. *Refunds cannot be made due to bad weather conditions as Snow and Winter Storms happening in either your City or ours.
