Enter into the buildings secure lobby, and take the elevator up to your floor, where your Savannah condo awaits! The main living area is home to both the kitchen and dining and boasts wonderful views of the city. The space is bright, airy, and a perfect retreat perched above the city. The exposed brick, and hardwood floors will provide ambience to your Savannah stay in this historic building.
Both bedrooms are located away from Broughton Street ensuring a quiet nights rest. Each bedroom offers an ample amount of closet space, an ensuite bathroom, and a King size bed - What more could you ask for!
Start your day with a local brew from The Coffee Fox and make your way down to The Paris Market Brocante & Cafe for some retail therapy, recently voted "The South's Best Shop" by Southern Living. Head towards City Market and grab lunch in Little Duck Diner before starting a walking tour with Genteel and Bard. After learning of Savannah's rich history, cap the night with dinner at Chive Sea Bar & Lounge and drinks on the roof at Rocks on the Roof / Bohemian Hotel.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Most guests will park their car in either a city- or privately-owned parking garage and pay a flat daily rate for the remainder of their stay.
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
