Contemporary styled nonsmoking 1 bedroom adults only 502 sq ft apartment located in an urban core, older, working-class neighborhood in the Riverside/Murray Hill area of Jacksonville close to downtown. Just added 120 sq ft treetop deck in July 2017! No we are not near the beach...Please read the full description before making inquiries! Why pay $250 a night at the Hyatt or Omni in downtown when you can rent this self-catering apartment for about half that price? ! This upstairs walk up apartment comes well equipped with pots, pans,., microwave , towels, Kuerig coffee pot and honor mini bar. The unit now features state of the art technology with keyless entry and alarm that is tied in with smoke/CO2 detector. Safety and peace of mind! Nice Jacksonville spot
Great place to stay. Daiv is a great host that pays attention to detail. The place is nice and cozy. Nicely decorated with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
The Cozy Treetop Hideaway far exceeded my expectations. Daiv is a host superstar. He takes a guest’s needs seriously. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has a lovely deck and backyard. He has ample kitchen utensils and plates should one be inclined to cook. The neighborhood is quiet with ample parking. I truly enjoyed my stay even though it was for work. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay anytime Jacksonville is in my plans.

At home in the treetops
Daiv is an extraordinary host. The unit is perfectly stocked with everything needed to feel at home. Every detail has been considered. It is cozy, ideal for two, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood ... an $11-13 ride share fee to the five-points restaurants. Oh yes, it is in the treetops.

Fabulous stay at TreeTop
Our host was generous to book us in such a short window of time...it was absolutely beautiful and so welcoming...we arrived to gourmet cupcakes and an absolutely stunning accomodations...we slept so well, what a great mattress...easy access to everything we wanted to do...Host was exceptional, we highly recommend this Host and his accomodations...will for sure stay again...thank you so much and Happy New Year...

Great place
Needed a place to stay for a quick visit over the weekend and this was the perfect place! Very accommodating for myself and my kids. All the necessities provided and very clean. Centrally located in a great area of town.

Weekend away
Had a great weekend away with my husband! The apartment was beautifully decorated, cozy and had all the things we needed! I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck at the end of the day enjoying the breeze and a cocktail! Centrally located to many fun spots too 👍

A Great Place to Stay
Much better than a hotel and less expensive. Daiv is a wonderful host. The location is excellent. Many unexpected extras. Super clean and comfortable. We will be returning. Thank You!

Wow
Well I'll just start by saying Wow! My husband and I decided to take a last-minute trip up to Jacksonville to see family and friends. We found this cute one bedroom apartment that was close to everything. I must admit at first I was a bit skeptical when booking the apartment (only viewing pictures online) but to our surprise we were greeted by the most amazing Host that gave us a quick tour of our beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment for the Weekend; that was equipped with almost everything we needed if we had forgotten any essential items. There was even a mouth watering sweet treat that I won't give away. Thank you so very much for our amazing stay.

About the neighborhood
This property is located in an urban core, older, working class neighborhood in the Murray Hill/Riverside part of town close to the downtown. If you are looking for a gated community or sterile suburban cul de sac, this will not be a good fit!The homes are modest sized and the residents are a blue collar type of crowd. This neighborhood is primarily residential but there a few pockets of business, shops restaurants and bars close by within a quarter of a mile in either direction. This location is close to I-10 access (1/2 mile) I-95 (2 miles) and downtown which is about 3 miles. The beaches are 12 miles away and depending on traffic can be 45 minutes drive,. The enertainment disctrict that is closest is Riverside which is a quarter to about a mile away which features, restaurants, clubs ,bars and shopping. This is a very diverse part of town and those that are uncomfortable with people from a different country of orgin, religion, race or sexual orientation or economic status may want to explore more homogenic parts of our city. I live 3 blocks from my property and would not live anywhere else in this city as the location is great, the people are friendly and theres lots of places to eat, drink and shop closeby Please keep in mind I cannot control neighbors or things that go on outside my unit but I can control the cleanliness, amenities and our overall comfort.
