My place is just 2 blocks from Broad Street and 5 minutes from City Hall, The Kimmel Center, Academy of Music; 10 minutes from the heart of South Street, Convention Center, and Reading Terminal/Chinatown or the Italian Market.
This is a studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a six apartment building. There is a private bathroom, and a sectioned off kitchen and dining area. There are coin operated laundry facilities located in the basement.
The place is yours alone, entirely. I freshly launder all bedding (pillows included).
There is a full sized sofa bed and a blow up mattress available should you need one. My apartment is always clean (I never wear shoes inside) and has always been pest free. You're we...
