This apartment like many in the area is in a building that people actually live in, a cozy brownstone with I think four units. Its 20 foot ceilings and two fireplaces just add to the charm. If you're looking for start of the art kitchen...More

Situated on most beautiful, set-back, tree-lined, dynamic, super-safe block in the West/Greenwich Village. Extremely accessible to all forms of public transportation, plenty of street parking as well as indoor parking five doors down the block, as well as easy close-by walking through historic and scenic Village, Meat-Packing District, Union Square, Chelsea, Hudson River, and Hi-Line park. Half block from subway exit and with Citi Bike (citibikenyc.com) on each end of the block.
