Our group loved it here! Such a nice home, every accommodation you could ask for. Ideal location, quiet neighborhood. Great for families! Can’t wait to book again!

This was our second time staying at this lovely home. Since our last visit at this home (July 2018) Eric and his wife have installed new windows that are so nice and bright, they are so airtight you don't hear any noise from traffic at all. They also installed new blinds that are really classy and make me want to add them to my own home. They have painted and the colors are very pretty. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how classy it is. I and a few of my girlfriends went down from Utah for a week of sun and fun. We never feel unsafe or unwelcome in this neighborhood. The home is clean and well appointed and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beds are divine and I wish I could get the same beds too, at my house. The beach really IS only a block or so away on three sides. Although we are professional mid life women, we don't even bother renting a car when we come, we have mastered the Metro Transist System (bus stop a block away!) and use Uber when we feel like it. Eric is so nice and patient with me and my dumb requests and questions, he really deserves a medal for tolerating me! He's a saint, he really is! He doesn't come poking and snooping around while you are there but answers texts immediately and is very very NICE. I wish this home was available every time we come, but it is a popular home so if you are on the fence, you better get it rented before someone beats you to it! Maybe it will just be ME again!

The property is comfortable and well equipped. The location close to the beaches and facilities is ideal . The owners are attentive and resposnd to any issues very prompty. Would recommend this location for family beach holidays.

We really enjoyed our time in this rental. It was in a relaxing neighborhood with a few restaurants walking distance but close to the beach if you wanted to scooter, bike, or walk there. Eric was very responsive and really a pleasure to rent from.

We come to San Diego several times a year and have stayed all in many different homes. This is the first time we've stayed in Crown Point and we were not disappointed. The neighborhood was very nice and quaint and quiet, no loud partiers while we were there, which can be a problem further north in Pacific Beach. We met a few of the neighbors and they were all nice and welcoming. The house itself was lovely. It had everything we needed to cook every day and saved a bundle on eating out. The stove is a professional grade stove and it was fun to use. The home is probably mid-century or before and I loved the original 2" red oak floors in some of the rooms. It has been remodeled and is upgraded to modern standards. The bathrooms are nice and large and have been recently updated. One thing I wondered about before arriving was where the bathrooms were placed, they are both outside of the bedrooms so you don't have to worry about disturbing anyone in any of the bedrooms. The back patio was where we spent the majority of our time with a nice table and plenty of chairs. It comes right off the kitchen so it's easy to get your dinner out for the family. The house has a lot of nice tile work and I did admire that as well. I loved the tile in the bathrooms, and they have very recently been remodeled. The beach is amazingly close and there is a C Store on the way to grab a coke. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and linens are nice and there are plenty of towels, dishes, and pans. Open the windows and you'll have a lovely ocean breeze all day long. There was plenty of room for six adults. I felt safe sleeping with the windows open and never saw any unsavory characters at all--day or night--in the parks, beaches or neighborhood. It is one block off the bus route and we didn't even rent a car, we just Uber'd from the airport and used the bus. Eric (the owner) was quick to answer our texts and mentioned he was close by if we needed anything. He didn't hover or "drop by" unexpectedly and left us alone to enjoy our vacation. I like that in a "host" It is awkward when they spy and snoop when we are there. He was really nice and I appreciate his trust with his investment. We plan on coming back in January for a second stay at this great home. This is one of my favorite homes in San Diego.

Incredible beach stayWe had plenty of room for our large family and we really enjoyed being able to walk to SeaWorld San Diego which was about a 25 minute walk from the front door.They even have bicycles to use to go out on the path along the bay extra chairs to hang out on the beach to bring with you and all the tools for the kids to play in the sand and collect seashells the layout of the home was incredible gourmet kitchen and a wonderful outside setting off the kitchen for dining

Sea world and three other beaches were within walking distance. The home was very beautiful, the family and I enjoyed the stay a lot. Would definitely rent from them again.

The house was amazing, it had everything we needed. Lots of towels and blankets, plenty of backyard space for the kids to play. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. I would recommend staying here, especially if you have a large family.

The house was more than we hoped for. It was spacious and close to the beach. It was well stocked and clean. We would definitely rent it again. A great vacation
