The 'Federal Rose' house location is stellar, just 3 minutes walking distance to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, an organic grocery store, a wine shop and many more conveniences and Boston attractions.

Welcome to a 210 year old antique house in the heart of Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood. This small house has a very comfortable charm while incorporating modern conveniences. Previous owners from the very earliest years opened their home to boarders and we continue the tradition to allow guests the fun of staying in such an historic location.

Beacon Hill was great, and this home is clean, full of character, and walkable to many attractions. The owner is also very accessible for any questions/concerns. Would stay again.

Just 2 minute walk to the Massachusetts State House and Freedom Trail and an urban Whole Foods grocer; an 8 minute walk to three subway 'T' lines, the Boston Common and Charles Street's boutique shops and fine dining. 15 minute walk you will reach Faneuil Hall, Newbury Street, the North End, Theatre District and TD Garden for events.
Getting around
Walking is best, otherwise the subway is less than 10 minutes walk. Taxis, Lyft and Uber are very readily available for all else.
