Motifs of ancient rock art greet you in the colorful décor of spacious Krystal Kiva! As you settle in to this fully-carpeted abode, you’ll discover Spirit Bear, Lizard, Bighorn Sheep, Coyote, and Kokopelli, the mythological flute player of southwestern Native American cultures. The Great Room has a soaring loft ceiling and large picture windows with superb views of Moab Valley’s west rim. After a full day, relax on the comfortable sofa and loveseat in front of the corner, gas-log fireplace while you watch cable TV.
The dining table seats six and there are two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The light pine cabinets of the airy, U-shape kitchen are stocked with new Fiesta dinnerware and all the cookware and utensils needed to rustle up a big western meal. Appliances include 2-door...

Asquerosidad de propiedad!!!
Famila de 6 viniendo hoy de montana
Después de 10 largas horas de camino arribamos a una propiedad extremamente sucia. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Vinieron a arreglarlo o y el filtro lo dice todo. Las cortinas de la propiedad están todas dañadas. Todavía son las 11 pm y estamos lavando todas las sábanas y toallas. Tuvimos que limpiar nuevamente los baños y demás. Pasamos vacuum. Llamamos a Airbnb que fue por donde hicimos la reserva y todavía estamos esperando que nos llame de vuelta como prometio. El dueño de la propiedad lo llamamos y no contesta el teléfono Tuvimos que comprar 2 ventiladores porque el aire acondicionado todavía no enfría como debe ser. En uno de los cuartos encontramos artículos ÍNTIMOS de otra persona. Los sofa de la sala están extremadamente sucias. Tuvimos que lavar sábana y poner encima para poder sentarnos. Adjunto fotos para que vean la situación en cual encontramos la propiedad. Pero para mas vergüenza todavía dejaron una tarjeta sugiriendo propina para la persona que dice que limpio. UNA AZQUEROZIDAD. ESPERO QUE ESTO LO LEAN Y SOBRE TODO EL DUEÑO DE LA PROPIEDAD!!!

Facility needs immediate attention and updating! Both the couch and love seat were covered in stains, I couldn't bring myself to sit on either one. Pans in the kitchen were not cleaned, one still had scrambled eggs on the sides when we pulled it out of the cupboard. Plates and silverware had food on them when taken out of cupboard and drawers. Most pans were burned and hard to use as food would stick. Queen size bed was like a concrete slab. Sheets and coverings were dated and well used. Blinds in master bedroom were in bad shape. Outside patio table and chairs coated in dirt and leaves. No pantry items available except pepper.

Spacious comfort
The K4 attached house was more than a couple guys needed (sleeps 7 comfortably). The master bedroom/bathroom was especially spacious. When we found the coffee pot not working, the management company sent over a new one within 30 minutes. The garage was accessible from the inside. Unfortunately it was too cold to eat outside or use the grill. We did enjoy the hot tub at the end of the street.

Moab Condo
We really enjoyed our stay in Kiva 4. The condo was very spacious. Each person was delighted with their accommodations. Our entire experience of our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We would recommend this place to anyone. It even had its own garage. We did have a little trouble with the ice maker but we figured it out. We would definitely return to this location.

Moab rental
We loved our visit. The only things we would change: the TV was very outdated and the pool code for the hot tub didn't work.

Great family place!
Convenient location (not *too* far out of town), clean, nice place! Sleeps lots of people! Peaceful neighborhood! Decent road layout for a bunch of people hauling big trailers, though the parking isn't ideal.

We loved our stay at this place! Big and spacious, the kitchen was stocked with ample plates and such. Only down side was that there was some damage to the unit prior to our arrival and no instructions for the TV which took us awhile to figure out

Great Place
The Krystal Kiva was a beautiful condo. It was perfect for our Moab vacation. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was fully equip with everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool was close by with easy access. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Home Away from Home
Kiva 4 was absolutely perfect for our trip to Moab, UT. A little out of town but well worth it. The night skies were fantastic for star gazing and the red rock views were breath taking. A great place to stay while in Moab.

We had the best time ever!
Krystal Kiva is such a nice condo! It was clean, well appointed, private, quiet, plenty of room, etc. The only hesitation I had about writing this review is that I don't want to see this condo get scheduled out...we plan on going back often:)
