Furnished in Southwest style, the downstairs level features a living room with cozy gas log fireplace, a sofa/sleeper and big easy chair. The dining area has table seating for six and the fully equipped, pass-through kitchen has all the appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities are located in the pantry closet at one end of the kitchen. A bathroom w/shower only, is just off the entry hall. The entry hall also has an interior door opening to an attached, single-car garage, where you can store your toys. Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two twin-size beds.The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a full tub/shower. Two twin air mattresses are available in the hall closet, so that this unit can sleep up to 8 people. Completing this luxury accommodation is an outdoor private patio, with picnic furniture and a gas barbeque grill. Hiking, off-road trails, and mountain biking are just outside your back door. The famous SteelBender and Flat Pass trails are only1/4 mile up the road. You can also walk to the golf course from your unit. There is also lots of parking for your trailers and additional vehicles on the nearby access road. There will be a $15 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($15/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee. Worried about traveling in these uncertain times? For a limited time, this unit offers free cancellation up until 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities. We have stayed in condos in Moab several times. By far this condo was the worst we have ever been in. When arriving there were several cockroaches in the garage. Luckily we did not find any in the condo. The kitchen did not have any empty cupboard space for any of the items we had brought. The furniture in the downstairs living space is in horrible condition. When using the sofa sleeper the bedding had blood and hair on the existing sheets. We were able to change them with extra bedding. All of the window blinds had broken strings so we were not able to open or close the blinds. The propane hose on the barbecue leaked and we were very lucky it did not explode before we discovered why it would not light the burners. The doorknobs in the bathrooms were loose and did not work very good. Needless to say, when you spent that amount of money we definitely expected it to be better. So disappointed.

It was a perfect place to stay to tour the area. It was a very clean and tidy and we found nothing lacking. The hot tub on the back deck is a nice addition, however the weather we had was 100+ F. It could be made more personal and cozy with a few personal touches around, although not necessary. I would suggest perhaps hot tub towels instead of large white towels. We only did breakfast in the condo but if you are planning to do more cooking bring or purchase all condiments you may need, as people have not left much behind.

For the two of us the 3333 Fairway Loop worked out very well. The out door hot tub was wonderful to relax in at the end of the day. It was walled off from the other apartments for privacy and had a wonderful view of the night sky. The kitchen was set up well and it was well supplied with dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the TV in the evenings. They did not have instructions on how to run the TV, though, so we had to call for help the first night. It was nice having two bathrooms, both with showers. The upstairs bedrooms were roomy enough but the king size bed did not have a memory pad mattress, too hard for one of us, OK for me. I did leave a list of 5 items that needed maintenance when we left, none terrible, but still not perfect.

The silverware and the frying pans need to be replaced or upgraded. There were only 6 dinner forks in the tray and there were 4 of us in our party. 2 of the 3 frying pans were unusable. The hot tub was a perk but the water temperature wasn't warm enough. Otherwise the unit was ok.

It was great to have a kitchen to cook after a long day of hiking. The condo needs some serious upgrades. The vents snap and crackle all day and night. This dryer ate my swimsuit. The fridge and stove are older. The hot tub was awesome! Overall was worth it, but would like to have a quieter night sleep and darker blinds. Also, shower curtain should be the arched rod to provide more room in the shower. Would literally take the same condo for the hot tub alone.

Generally was a nice clean unit. We stayed for 5 nights. It needs a lot of small repairs. The bedroom TV was worthless. There were 2 TVs in the unit, but they had to be on the same channel which does not amount to anything. The furnishings were nice and we enjoyed the hot tube (even though I was not able to raise the temperature). The pool was close by. Management company was no help at all. I emailed them the first day and they never replied. It was inexpensive so it was a good value. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very nice apartment (like a little villa) in Moab, nearby the golf course (so 2 miles away from the city center). The apartment includes AC, a nice jacuzzi, and all you could need to cook. The swimming pool, shared with the other villas of the residence, is perfect (great size).
