Purple Sage Flats 3 is located on the second level and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the sleeping alcove in the living room.
There is plenty of bike storage in the back courtyard, and laundry facilities that you can use at no extra cost.
No pets are allowed in this unit, however we do allow pets in Purple Sage Flats #1, #2, #5 and #6. Please take a look at ******************* for a variety of pet friendly options.

money well spent
A friend and I stayed here a week in april. you can't beat this place for the price. Furnished with pots and pans and everything you need to stay on a budget. A short walk to town in a quiet friendly neighborhood.

Plain but Comfortable
Very convenient and quiet place near the center of town. Nothing fancy or quaint or cute. Just the basics but all the basics are there. Would stay again.

Quiet Street, average place, not expensive
This is an average condo for 2 adults that will keep you comfortable. There is another queen bed in the living room so if you have a child it will work. The place is very basic and comfortable. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't get the "maid tip" envelope when you have to do your dishes and strip the bedding yourself. This was a first in any condo I ever rented. For the low cost it is better a basic hotel

Comfortable, Roomy and Equipped
The Purple Sage was comfortable, roomy and well equipped. the beds were able to provide a Good nights rest too. the kitchen had what we needed to feel at home for the 8 day stay. i would and have recommended this area for a relaxing vacation in an awesomely beautiful area of the country and the unit we rented suited us perfectly.

nice place to stay
cumfortable location, enough place for four persons, with the possibilitiy to make a BBQ outside with all the mandatory equipment.
Good position in the center of the city also

Perfect for what we needed
Our stay at the Purple Sage was great! The location was convenient and check-in was easy. The value was commensurate with the amenities (equipped kitchen, TV, AC), all of which really came in handy. It was off the main street (Main St.), so it was quiet, but we were able to walk to the main part of Moab. We would stay here again.

Appartement calme et spacieux
Nous avons trouvé cet appartement très agréable. 1 chambre avec un grand lit, 1 cuisine, 1 séjour avec 1 grand canapé + 1 autre grand lit moins bien isolé + 1 salle de bain et wc.

Nice and quite
The place was clean, the kitchen was pretty outdated and the cabinets need replacing. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows. It was easy walking distance from main street. The hot tub was fantastic and we had it to ourselves each night. All that being said, we had a pretty good experience in this condo.
