New Private Hot on your private patio! The great room includes a 52 inch, LCD HDTV and DVD player, a cozy corner gas log fireplace, brown leather sofa sleeper couch and comfortable easy chairs. This unit has new flooring and furniture! There is also a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room table with seating for 6. The large master bedroom has both a king and queen size bed. Winter themed, this bedroom features a plasma TV with built in DVD player, and a private bathroom with a large tile walk in shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a plasma TV, and has a queen bed, and a twin xl bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Beautiful property, excellent location.
Would recommend V3 for a great stay in Moab. Conveniently close to downtown, yet quiet and relaxing.

Great stay!
We had a great stay! Plenty of room to spread out. Nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Even stopped by the pool and hot tub one day and had a nice relaxing time. Close to everyting and very quiet.

Moab is in God's Country
Overall the unit was very nice and accommodated us very well.
It could have been cleaner. Stain on the floor when we arrived that was eliminated with water. Intake on AC very dirty.
When I requested the code for the garage door I was told that the owner's may have changed the code and not informed the management company. There was no offer on their part to obtain the new code. Therefore, we had to do the garage door boogie.

Great place to stay!
We had a great time! Great location and this condo fit all of our needs! We had plenty of room. Having a garage is perfect since we brought our bikes. THANK YOU!

A get away to the fresh air.
Loved this place. Very roomy and comfortable for a family of 6. The place was very clean and had everything we needed from coffee to towels to kitchen supplies. We will def be taking a trip back.

Great Place!

Very nice stay
Should I know that the rim village was so nice I d have stay several more bites to explore more in the area.
Am traveling w parents n friends, so was not planning those unrutined site such as dead horse point, caynonland. Next time I could take Moab as base and stay more days here.
House itself is new and well designed, conviniet to use. Cleanest was good, after pre registers tiong other check in very easy. One minute from highway but silent enough to have good sleep. Besides when u r not in downtown u can really enjoy the starry night .
The only thing I was not fully satisfied was the single beds in the third room. Gave all the better ones to others and got that room for myself, but I found it really narrow that I almost fell down twice that nite. The room was not big so i understand. Should try better luck next time.

GREAT place!
We had a great time at this home, plenty of beds, beautiful, great open dining/living room, nice little yard and beautifully decorated. We would 100% stay with them again!

Great villa in Moab
Beautiful apartment in a great location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an accommodation close to Arches Ntl park and Canyonlands, especially to groups or families. Very nice rooms and furnitures. Patio with BBQ set and amazing mountain view.
Be prepared to perform a self check in and check out and to be contacted by email about ten days before the arrival date by the management in order to sign and send a signed rental agreement. However, everything is very smooth and the information clear and easy to follow.
