Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains from your private hot tub.
There will be a $15 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($15/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. Family fun in Moab
Our family - 4 kids, 1 daughter-in-law, a 6 month old grandson, my wife, and I loved the condo. We enjoyed the pool, watching movies, the jacuzzi, and the patio & grill. By cooking nearly all our meals at "home" we saved a huge amount of money, ate very well, and shared great family time. The grill was used daily. We loved it. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to do laundry at our leisure. We spent every day out in canyons and desert, and every evening at the condo together. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable for us. I would highly recommend it to other visitors. In fact, our family wants to come back to Moab soon and we hope to stay in the same unit.
Thanks for helping proved such a wonderful experience for my family.

Relaxing time in Moab.
Our stay at Kayenta Springs was very nice. The living space was very clean and well maintained. The personal garage is perfect for trailers and or bikes, etc. I also enjoyed the proximity to down town, not to far and not to close. Aside from the units small wear and tare it was a great experience!
Driving the back roads to town was both beautiful and fun.

Comfortable, Quiet Moab Basecamp
Two of us stayed here in October for a few nights. The condo complex is a few miles south of town, so it's quiet but not convenient for frequent trips to town. This unit would house 6 comfortably. The decor is a little dated, but in no way worn or dirty. There is a good collection of pots, pans, cooking knives and utensils. They were a little short on forks and dinner knives. There is a/C downstairs, but the bedrooms had no evidence of air vents upstairs, and there were fans in the bedroom closets. I would stay here again, but maybe not in mid-summer.

Great basecamp to experience Moab.
The place was clean and well kept. The garage made it nice to store the dirtbikes overnight. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a days ride.

Peaceful and comfortable retreat
Very comfortable unit in a quiet area. 3 of us used it as a base for several days of mountain biking. The hot tub was nice for aching muscles.Furnishings were pleasant and comfortable. I would stay here again.
1 car garage was great place to keep and work on bikes in the evening.A better value than staying in a hotel - more room and privacy for a lower price.
Back patio looked out toward town and the bluffs to the West.
A few miles south of town so not walkable to anything - not a drawback to us, but perhaps to some.
Self check-in and out process was completely easy.
Only thing I would change is quality of a few construction materials - very squeaky upstairs shower and very loud garage door opener. Slow coffee pot and the wireless router failed our last day there (too late for the managers to be able to address the issue.)

Great getaway weekend
We enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway weekend very much. The condo was warm and comfortable. Great place to walk the dogs and just a very short drive to hiking trails. The golf course was just around the corner. We'll be back in the summer and stay longer.

Easy rental, easy entry
Due to renting this while in official travel, we had to split the bill, no taxes, etc. Complicated for even the 5 star hotels to do. But the rental agency was top-notch and everything worked out perfectly when paying for the rental.
Once we arrived, it was easy entry with the key system setup. The place was perfect for what we needed. The best part is that we could cook our own meals and not have to eat out every night. Our unit had a jacuzzi, which wasn't on when we arrived; however, I call to the management company and it was turned on immediately while we were out to dinner.
We would definitely rent from this place again. The rental was much more cost effective than staying at a hotel. And it was 100% more comfortable.

Nice Place to stay
We enjoyed our stay here. The décor and furniture are outdated and the beds were not that comfortable but overall, this was a quiet and enjoyable place to stay. Loved the hot tub.

Good location, fun time
Four of us stayed here for the half marathon. It was close to town, marathon and parks like Arches. Loved the downstairs with kitchen and that it had 2 full bathrooms. We didn't need the garage but nice size for storage. We loved the hot tub. Each night we would go into it and not have to share. So relaxing. Clean and easy to use. Big bonus.
I will say the upstairs bathroom creeks a lot when you are in the shower and the beds are not very comfortable (wish they would add some memory foam toppers or something) but we were so tired most nights it worked well. Bedroom sizes were great. Plenty of extra linen and overall we had a great time. The company was super easy to work with for check in and out process.

Wonderful!
What a very very very good surprise ! The house is very well furnished, the jacuzzi and barbecue have been very appreciated and the swimming pool is very closed. We appreciate a lot all small kind of attentions as the card of the supermaket or the lights opened in case you will arrive late. You feel at home. It let great memories to the whole family, thank you !!
