We loved the unit so much last year we could not wait to come back, it was just as tropical as we remembered. The maintenance of the unit is great. Not one paint chip! Honestly I can’t think of anything that the unit doesn’t have. You will have a fantastic vacation as almost everything you need to enjoy Hawaii is in the unit or on the premise. The location is ideal. It is central to everything. Definitely a five star property!

We absolutely loved this unit. From the second we opened the door to the minute they dragged me out crying “don’t want to leave”. The unit is so colorful. You look across the street- a park with the ocean right there. Like 150 ft there. Beautiful Sandy beach. The unit is also a few steps away from the pool and hot tub. There is a tennis court too. The unit is stocked to everything you need but many extras. For example, nice fluffy robes, coffee, more than enough for your stay. Toiletries for your stay. Paper towels and toilet paper for your entire stay not just one role like other condo . If you need anything the owner responds so quickly. The owner put a lot of time and love into this unit and it shows! I am booked here for the rest of my life. There is not a better unit out there in Maui!!

Lovely! This unit is fully stocked with everything. The location is incredible right across from the beach... and the linens are very nice too!

Lovely studio! Centrally located. Immaculate, pleasant, colorful, comfortable, with all the amenities (strong internet). Tracey, the owner, has the gift of hospitality, covering all details; everything a guest could need. The location is perfect. It is very easy to get to all the Maui sites, plus a beautiful beach is across the street. We loved watching Maui sunsets while enjoying a picnic dinner. We will visit again!

My girlfriend and I were very excited, and looking forward to a relaxing getaway in Tracy's Tropical Treasure! And then the unexpected happened. One week before our trip, one of our dogs became injured, and required an emergency vet visit, and prolonged, and constant care. Due to this, we had no choice but to cancel our entire Maui vacation. And because of the cancellation policy stated on FLIPKEY, we assumed that the payments we made would not be refunded. But in conversations with Tracy about our plight, she was more than willing to refund our money as long as her place re-rented. And it did, and she honored her agreement. It was our luck that Tracy was so accommodating, (she obviously wasn't obligated to be) and it was probably due to her being a dog lover herself; having a pup of her own. Because of her generosity, we will definitely choose her and one of her places when we're planning our next trip to Maui. Thank you Tracy. You are a saint!

We booked this condo for our first ever trip to Maui. It was absolutely perfect! From the great location (close to stores and restaurants, airport, and check out the beach right across the street!) to the amenities, it sure made us feel at home. Tracy, the owner, thought of everything. Grab your clothes, and that's it! Highly recommend!

Tracy’s condo was perfect! This was our first trip to Maui so we were just going off reviews we had read onTripadvisor. Tracy’s Tropical Treasures did not disappoint!! It was beautiful, immaculate and conveniently stocked with everything you could need. We really appreciated this especially traveling with two young kiddos! We also loved the location. After exploring different parts of the island we found that we loved South Maui and we were so happy we were staying there! We will definitely be back!!

Small, but has everything you need for a Maui getaway, from beach gear to kitchen supplies. Pack light. You are going to have a low stress vacation. Tracy has thought of everything. Centrally located. Aloha 🌺

Tracy's condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary stay! We would not stay anywhere else on Maui except in one of Tracy's amazing rentals! The condo has a great location (across from the beach) and close to restaurants and shops. It is brightly decorated with happy cheerful colors and special touches! It was like a ray of sunshine! Both my husband and I loved the fact that the condo was well supplied --- everything from shampoo to an ice cooler and more. Tracy has thought of everything you need for a terrific stay --- even electric candles! The bed was so comfortable and relaxing! Tracy's binder on the coffee table was full of tips for a great vacation as well as menus from area restaurants. We loved seeing the large sea turtles swimming in the lagoon section at the beach across the street. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the condo as well. We were sorry to leave and return home. We can't wait to return to stay again at one of Tracy's Tropical Treasures condos! We enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a recently engaged friend for her honeymoon. Thank you Tracy for providing such wonderful accommodations and making our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable! We will definitely be back!
