We came back!!!!
We loved the unit so much last year we could not wait to come back, it was just as tropical as we remembered. The maintenance of the unit is great. Not one paint chip! Honestly I can’t think of anything that the unit doesn’t have. You will have a fantastic vacation as almost everything you need to enjoy Hawaii is in the unit or on the premise. The location is ideal. It is central to everything. Definitely a five star property!

Great Addition to our Trip
We absolutely loved this unit. From the second we opened the door to the minute they dragged me out crying “don’t want to leave”. The unit is so colorful. You look across the street- a park with the ocean right there. Like 150 ft there. Beautiful Sandy beach. The unit is also a few steps away from the pool and hot tub. There is a tennis court too. The unit is stocked to everything you need but many extras. For example, nice fluffy robes, coffee, more than enough for your stay. Toiletries for your stay. Paper towels and toilet paper for your entire stay not just one role like other condo . If you need anything the owner responds so quickly. The owner put a lot of time and love into this unit and it shows! I am booked here for the rest of my life. There is not a better unit out there in Maui!!

Guest Ready!
Lovely studio! Centrally located. Immaculate, pleasant, colorful, comfortable, with all the amenities (strong internet). Tracey, the owner, has the gift of hospitality, covering all details; everything a guest could need. The location is perfect. It is very easy to get to all the Maui sites, plus a beautiful beach is across the street. We loved watching Maui sunsets while enjoying a picnic dinner. We will visit again!

Best customer service EVER!
My girlfriend and I were very excited, and looking forward to a relaxing getaway in Tracy's Tropical Treasure! And then the unexpected happened. One week before our trip, one of our dogs became injured, and required an emergency vet visit, and prolonged, and constant care. Due to this, we had no choice but to cancel our entire Maui vacation.
And because of the cancellation policy stated on FLIPKEY, we assumed that the payments we made would not be refunded. But in conversations with Tracy about our plight, she was more than willing to refund our money as long as her place re-rented. And it did, and she honored her agreement. It was our luck that Tracy was so accommodating, (she obviously wasn't obligated to be) and it was probably due to her being a dog lover herself; having a pup of her own.
Because of her generosity, we will definitely choose her and one of her places when we're planning our next trip to Maui.
Thank you Tracy. You are a saint!

Perfection!
We booked this condo for our first ever trip to Maui. It was absolutely perfect! From the great location (close to stores and restaurants, airport, and check out the beach right across the street!) to the amenities, it sure made us feel at home. Tracy, the owner, thought of everything. Grab your clothes, and that's it! Highly recommend!

1st Maui vacation!!
Tracy’s condo was perfect! This was our first trip to Maui so we were just going off reviews we had read onTripadvisor. Tracy’s Tropical Treasures did not disappoint!! It was beautiful, immaculate and conveniently stocked with everything you could need. We really appreciated this especially traveling with two young kiddos! We also loved the location. After exploring different parts of the island we found that we loved South Maui and we were so happy we were staying there! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Stay in Paradise!
Tracy's condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary stay! We would not stay anywhere else on Maui except in one of Tracy's amazing rentals! The condo has a great location (across from the beach) and close to restaurants and shops. It is brightly decorated with happy cheerful colors and special touches! It was like a ray of sunshine! Both my husband and I loved the fact that the condo was well supplied --- everything from shampoo to an ice cooler and more. Tracy has thought of everything you need for a terrific stay --- even electric candles! The bed was so comfortable and relaxing! Tracy's binder on the coffee table was full of tips for a great vacation as well as menus from area restaurants. We loved seeing the large sea turtles swimming in the lagoon section at the beach across the street. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the condo as well. We were sorry to leave and return home. We can't wait to return to stay again at one of Tracy's Tropical Treasures condos! We enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a recently engaged friend for her honeymoon. Thank you Tracy for providing such wonderful accommodations and making our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable! We will definitely be back!

The BEACH, a nice PARK, and Maui's only WHALE EDUCATION CENTER, complete with viewing telescopes, are directly across the street (JUST THINK....IN LESS THAN 150 STEPS FROM YOUR FRONT DOOR, YOU CAN NOT ONLY BE AT THE BEACH, BUT YOU CAN ACTUALLY BE IN THE OCEAN). How cool is that?
In less than 50 steps, you will find the pool with restrooms, an extra large, outdoor jacuzzi, a barbecue area with picnic tables, an outdoor shower area, tennis courts, and tropical, lush courtyards bearing fruit trees that offer TOTALLY FREE limes, bananas, avocados, and papayas.
It is a known fact that sunny Kihei has the best climate in Maui – warm weather year-round with the lowest precipitation on the Island! In addition, Kihei is known as the pivoting point to all Maui activities. With six miles of sun-kissed beaches, it's no secret why Kihei has boomed into the island's largest tourist destination.
This condo is situated in a perfectly central location. It is within easy walking distance (less than 1 mile) to EVERYTHING: shops, restaurants, beaches, public parks, grocery stores, gas stations, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, wind surfing, fishing, the "Triangle Night Life", medical facilities: you name it! It's all literally around the corner.
In addition, you are just minutes away from Wailea, and only 10 miles from the airport in Kahului. For your convenience, there is also a bus stop within 100 feet from the front door.
Did I mention that during whale season, you can actually watch the whales breach from both the comfort of your bed or while enjoying a meal on your lanai? I can assure you that this isn't a "peek a boo" ocean view (see photo).

Getting around
Hawaii is absolutely paradise, and arguably, one of the most gorgeous states in the country. The islands have it all – pristine beaches, phenomenal sunsets, striking waterfalls, and majestic mountains. It is no wonder why so many visitors flock to the islands.
I recommend renting a car in Maui because there is a lot to see and do in Paradise. :)
We are HAPPY to offer totally FREE onsite parking at the complex.
There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq area, tennis court, outdoor showers and restrooms, outdoor bicycle and kayak storage racks, and a laundry center all on site. :)
We also have “Maui Bus”.
~ The “Maui Bus” doesn't go everywhere though. There is a bus stop right at the entrance of the complex. ;)

Driving Directions From the Airport in Kahului:
Exit Airport on Keolani Place, go 1.5 miles.
Continue through the traffic light and the road will become Dairy Road (HI-380), go 1 mile.
Turn right on Airport Access Road (.7 miles)
Get in the far left hand lane and turn left on Puunene Avenue (.2 miles)
Stay on Puunene Avenue (HI-350), for 7.8 miles.
Turn right on Kaonoulu Street, go to the stop sign at the end of the road.
Turn left on South Kihei Road.
Kihei Bay Surf is less than one block away on the left hand side, just after Kihei Bay Vista.
Look for KIHEI BAY SURF SIGN at 715 South Kihei Road.
If you see Kulanihakoi Street, you've gone too far, please turn around.
You can park wherever you want in the complex.
My unit is the first building on the right JUST AS YOU PULL INTO THE COMPLEX.
Condo is on the first floor, right after the pool.
It is UNIT 155, ENJOY!!!!!
There is a black security screen door.
Just type in your personal 4 digit code (last 4 digits of your phone number registered with FLIP KEY).
It will be ready anytime after 3PM.
I will leave the parking pass for your car, the pool key, and the deadbolt key just inside the front door on the seahorse hook. Please place them back on the hook when you check out, thank you!
