Absolutely loved the condo! It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for everything from cooking to spending time on the beach! We were able to do all the cooking we wanted and enjoyed the use of the grilling area. The view from the lanai was awesome, not just the sunsets, but one of the mornings I was up early, the moon reflecting on the ocean was absolutely gorgeous. The roll down sun shade on the lanai was wonderful for keeping out the afternoon sun. With the second bedroom, the condo was large enough for our family along with my father who came along to help with the kids and show us around his former home-town. It is right across the street from Kam Beach 3, which has perfect areas for snorkelling, boogie boarding, playing in the sand, and enjoying the ocean. Unlike other beaches, the sand was white and very fine, perfect for the kids to dig in and build sand castles. The pool area looked very nice, however, with the beach so close we ended up skipping the pool. Appreciated the hose and shower at the bottom of the stairs for getting off unwanted sand on the way in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home. In Kihei you can also find plenty of places to shop, get groceries, rent equipment/gear for snorkelling and other water activities, and Ululani's, one of the best places to get shaved ice.
