This condo’s building may have some intermittent roof work taking place. Work is sporadic and will be canceled/postponed if wind or rain. ~ Still not convinced....You will be DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from one of the most popular wind surfing beaches in all of Maui. It's truly a picture perfect, romantic setting which is conveniently located near the BACK END of the property, away from all the street noise.
~ Your fully equipped, heavily stocked, ULTRA FABULOUS GOURMET KITCHEN (FIT FOR A CHEF) includes full size, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, cherry wood cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, & beautiful granite that sparkles in the Maui sun. There is also a microwave, plenty of cookware, a coffee maker, a 4-cup espresso (steam) machine, an electric coffee bean grinder, a blender, a toaster, a rice maker, a food steamer, a variety of BBQ accessories, & even a toaster oven.
~ The custom designed SPA BATHROOM features beautifully tiled walls. We were definitely going for a "Peaceful, Serene Experience" when designing this lovely space. One totally cool feature is all the extra storage. This bathroom is guaranteed to please.
~ The 210SF lanai is perhaps my favorite feature. It is L-shaped, comes equipped with outdoor carpet, outdoor electricity, dining table, 2 super comfy oversized chairs, 2 tall chairs with back/foot rests, & a 7' long teak couch w comfy mattress & pillows.

We absolutely loved this unit. We have been coming to Maui for over 25 years and this is by far our favorite. The decorating is so quaint. It is so colorful it adds to your already great vacation mood.. The unit is spotless. The furniture is in great shape . The unit is stocked with everything you need plus tons of extras. Extras like fluffy robes. Coffee ready to make. So many movies to watch (choices for everyone)! The pool is clean every day as well as the hot tub. Play tenny? Courts are here too. One HUGE asset. You can see the ocean from your room. I don’t mean strain your eye view- really see. Walk across the street there is a part. Beautiful Sandy beach. I don’t know how I missed this.condo before. What I can tell you I will never go anywhere else. It is perfect🌴💕. If you need anything the owner responds immediately.

Paradise
This is our second time staying here and it was absolutely amazing. The room is only steps away from the beach and very convenient to local shopping and eateries. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room was spotless. Tracy has truly thought of everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tracy's Tropical Treasure #2. Although we didn't meet with Tracy, it was an honour to be greeted by the legendary Shaka Doug. The Wifi was greatly appreciated & much faster than we could get through our roaming phones on the cellular network.

Best place on Maui!!!
Tracy has the best condo’s in Kihea. Island vibes and every detail to make your time comfortable!!! If you’re looking to be steps away from great beaches and snorkeling then look no further. My wife and I have stayed in Tracy’s various condos every year for the past few years and never disappoint. I look forward to next years visit to Maui! Tracy is a great host and makes renting her units a breeze. Thank you - Aloha & Mahalo!!!

Our Week was spent living like a local not a tourist.
We had a wonderful week at Tracy’s Treasures Air B&B She had absolutely everything you could possibly need or want to make your stay feel like being at home. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Maui. We will return for sure.

Fantastic accommodations!
Wonderfully comfortable bed, all one could ever need in the kitchen, and a large lanai! Great to have a fantastic beach across the road for nice long walks! Close to our favorites, Kihei Cafe and Coconuts.

All the conveniences of home!
Our 1st stay in Maui together was unforgettable! Staying at Tracy’s Treasure #2 made it so perfect. It was full of character, comfort and charm. Tracy’s thoughtfulness in details made sure our stay was filled with all the conveniences of home and made it so less stressful in all the activities we planned for. We hope to definitely come again and would highly recommend this unit!

Super Awesome Experience
We stayed at Tracy's Tropical Treasure #2 for four nights in September -- LOVED IT! And not just because the decor is over-the-top STYLIN'. Just as Tracy has mapped out each detail of the interior design and decor, she has also taken care of EVERY SINGLE DETAIL you could possibly imagine as a guest. Everything is labeled, which made our vacation run SO SMOOTHLY. The kitchen cabinets are labeled and stocked with every manner of dish, pot, pan and utensil, plus so much more (than I even have in my own house, lol).
The bed and couch are super comfy, as is the space in general. It was so hot in Kihei (not that I'm complaining!), and the room-darkening curtains on the windows were key (of course the AC cranks too). The L-shaped balcony is awesome and there are bins out there stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach -- chairs, mask, snorkel and fins; even a beach ball!
Tracy has also thought of everything you could possibly need for the bathroom, with extra shampoo, conditioner and soaps under the sink, and yes, a blow dryer :)
Luxury amenities all around!

The BEACH, a nice PARK, and Maui's only WHALE EDUCATION CENTER, complete with viewing telescopes, are directly across the street (JUST THINK....IN LESS THAN 300 STEPS FROM YOUR FRONT DOOR, YOU CAN NOT ONLY BE AT THE BEACH, BUT YOU CAN ACTUALLY BE IN THE OCEAN). How cool is that?
In less than 80 steps, you will find the pool with restrooms, an extra large, outdoor jacuzzi, a barbecue area with picnic tables, an outdoor shower area, tennis courts, and tropical, lush courtyards bearing fruit trees that offer TOTALLY FREE limes, bananas, avocados, and papayas.
It is a known fact that sunny Kihei has the best climate in Maui – warm weather year-round with the lowest precipitation on the Island! In addition, Kihei is known as the pivoting point to all Maui activities. With six miles of sun-kissed beaches, it’s no secret why Kihei has boomed into the island’s largest tourist destination.
This condo is situated in a perfectly central location. It is within easy walking distance (less than 1 mile) to EVERYTHING: shops, restaurants, beaches, public parks, grocery stores, gas stations, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, wind surfing, fishing, the 'Triangle Night Life', medical facilities: you name it! It’s all literally around the corner. In addition, you are just minutes away from Wailea, and only 10 miles from the airport in Kahului. For your convenience, there is also a bus stop within 100 feet from the front door.
After booking, always consult your local insurance provider about the benefits of travel insurance.
Getting around
Hawaii is absolutely paradise, and arguably, one of the most gorgeous states in the country. The islands have it all – pristine beaches, phenomenal sunsets, striking waterfalls, and majestic mountains. It is no wonder why so many visitors flock to the islands.
I recommend renting a car in Maui because there is a lot to see and do in Paradise. :)
We are HAPPY to offer totally FREE onsite parking at the complex.
Guests will have full access to free parking anywhere at the condo complex! There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq area, tennis court, outdoor showers and restrooms, outdoor bicycle and kayak storage racks, and a laundry center all on site. :)
We also have “Maui Bus”.
~ The “Maui Bus” doesn't go everywhere though

Driving Directions From the Airport in Kahului:
Exit Airport on Keolani Place, go 1.5 miles.
Continue through the traffic light and the road will become Dairy Road (HI-380), go 1 mile.
Turn right on Airport Access Road (.7 miles)
Get in the far left hand lane and turn left on Puunene Avenue (.2 miles)
Stay on Puunene Avenue (HI-350), for 7.8 miles.
Turn right on Kaonoulu Street, go to the stop sign at the end of the road.
Turn left on South Kihei Road.
Kihei Bay Surf is less than one block away on the left hand side, just after Kihei Bay Vista.
Look for KIHEI BAY SURF SIGN at 715 South Kihei Road.
If you see Kulanihakoi Street, you've gone too far, please turn around.
You can park wherever you want in the complex.
My unit is the BACK left corner of the second building on the right as you pull into the complex.
Unit #222 is on the second floor.
Use the BACK staircase.
My unit is the only unit on the right at the top of the stairs since it's on the corner.
It has a private walkway entrance and a black security screen door with a large "ALOHA" sign.
It will be ready anytime after 3PM.
I will leave the parking pass for your car, the pool key, and the deadbolt key just inside the front door on the seahorse hook. Please place them back on the hook when you check out, thank you!
