What more do you need
We recently stayed at Maui Meadows Guesthouse with family and friends and had a wonderful experience there. The house was spacious & tastfully decorated. There was more than enough space for everyone and each room had its own bathroom. We spent lots of time in the lush backyard swimming in the pool, lounging in the hot tub and of course enjoying our own private tiki bar. The house was also stocked with everything we needed including all the essentials for the beach - coolers, boogie board, mask & snorkel, etc. Andrew the owner was always available when we needed him and provided to be a great resource about the island. All in all we had a great time there and are already saving for our next stay. Thanks again Maui Meadows Guesthouse!!

Outstanding
Our stay was outstanding. We loved the house and private pool. We spent a lot of time outside in our own "private" paradise. The waterfall is great and lends to a relaxing atmosphere. The owner was really nice and everything is labeled in the house. It made for a really easy check in/out. We had a fabulous vacation and we plan to visit Maui Meadows again.

A fabulous family home
I travelled with my family ages ranging from 88 to 3 years old. The house provided privacy for all as well as places to gather together to share time. We ate all of our meals outdoors in the most lovely cabana. The pool and tub provided endless entertainment. We had everything we needed and more. It was the trip of a lifetime to have the opportunity to all be together.

Great Place!
This place was perfect for our family. Outside amenities were the highlight of the stay. The kids and adults loved the pool, hot tub, and cabana. The house was very clean and comfortable. We felt very secure and safe. The location was perfect for us. Close to a few beaches, close to the mall (which the girls loved), and close to great golf. I would and have recommended this place to friend and family. When I return this will be my first choice to stay.

great house, perfect for large families
We just spent 5 out of 10 nights in Maui at this house. Overall, a very good, spacious, clean and private property with an amazing backyard. We also ayed at the Ritz in Kapalua, too. Khei/Wailea is busier but also has more beaches, sun and restaurants and stores. House is also not as upscale as Ritz but better in some other big ways! We would definitely go back and recommend this property, particularly to families!
Great features:
- tons of full bathrooms - 2 bed/full baths on one side of the house, connected and 2 separate beds/baths on the other side (i.e. 4 beds plus 4 ensuites)
- backyard is amazing - nice pool + hot tub + BBQ - all amazing. Plants are gorgeous.
- very clean, spacious and private home and location (no noise, little traffic) but still close to Kihei and Wailea
- well stocked kitchen tools, great sized open concept living area
- very friendly owner who is accessible and responsive but not hovering
- nice little extras: TV with cable (no DVR), wireless internet, onsite laundry, garage, BBQ, ping pong table, second mini kitchen, crib in on bedroom (!)
Notes:
- it's not "right on the beach" but not many houses are - you can only build so close to the shore and those buildings are mainly condos/hotels. Drive was totally fine for us as we chose different beaches every day anyway and great trade in for the private yard/pool
- a/c is in each room (not central); good for environment but can be noisy in some bedrooms and you have to remember to turn on/off
- lots of kitchen implements but you will need to buy even food basics like cooking oil and salt (there were some in a drawer but for BBQ rub etc.)

Loved the Maui Meadows guesthouse!
I wanted to take the time to thank Andrew for allowing us to stay in his beautiful home for our recent family vacation in Maui. We had a party of 12, yet the house was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The home was very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The 5 bathrooms were surely a plus! The kids had a blast in the pool, and I will say that the backyard including the pool/Jacuzzi is the highlight of the home. Several beaches and shops are within walking distance or a very short drive. I would recommend renting this home for your visit to Maui! You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Maui Meadows guesthouse, we really enjoyed our time in Maui!

Luxury in Kihei
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maui Meadows Guesthouse. Not only was the house huge, comfortable and in a great location it also has all of the amenities we could possibly need for our vacation. We loved having our own pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and tiki bar. It was also a bonus that everyone's room had their own bathroom. Andrew the owner was always available when we needed him and was a great resource for local things to see and do. We would highly recommend this place and are already planning our next stay there.

Best family holiday we have had in ages
This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

PURE PARADISE!
Maui Meadows Guesthouse was an awesome place to stay in the Kihei area on Maui. The house was huge, comfortable and in a great location. It also has all of the amenities we could possibly need for our vacation (full kitchen, etc). We loved having our own pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and outdoor entertainment center. Every bedroom has its own large bathroom. This was our 4th trip to Maui, but our first staying in a house. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

About the neighborhood
In the desired neighborhood called Maui Meadows. Most of the properties in this neighborhood sell for $1.5 million or much more. The property is located on the border of Kihei and Wailea. Everything in Wailea (Ritzy hotels, high end shopping, Tennis clubs, golf courses, beaches and snorkeling, Restaurants) is 3-5 minutes away by car. Everything in Kihei (Restaurants, Shops, Condos, downtown, grocery stores, Beaches, parks, etc etc) is 3-10 minutes drive the other way. It is located approximately 3/4 mile from the beach, and can be walked to in about 20 minutes. The beach parking lot is a 2-3 minute drive from the house.
Getting around
When visiting Maui, you will want to rent a car. There are so many different experiences all over the island. Maui is 742 sq miles and would take all day or more to drive around. You will want to venture out some days far, and other days hit one of the 7 beaches about 5 minutes drive from the house.
