My place is close to historic Lake Park , great restaurants , downtown, UWM, all the Festivals, Sports events in a nationally registered historic home district. You’ll love my place because everyone else does :) Very, very comfortable with a yard I'm very proud of (I built almost everything you see and love to garden). The walls and backyard have internal speakers. Piano. TV's throughout. Porches and 3 decks Radiant heated floors and the top two floors are air conditioned for the few night the lake breeze isn't cool. . My place is good for, families (with kids), big groups and furry friends that are under control (sorry,no yappy barkers). We had a great stay! The place itself was clean and relaxing, and close by two beaches and a golf course. There was also a nice backyard and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 10.

Our stay at 2941 N. Hackett Ave. was lovely! We filled this spacious home, but it felt cozy not crowded. The garden and deck areas add extra space for good weather travelers.

Interaction with guests
When my guests arrive I like to greet them with a 10 tour of the house. It has lots of great features that are easier to explain than to write in a book. I'm also able to answer any questions.

About the neighborhood
East Side is a neighborhood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, considered to be a cultural and trend-setting center of the city since at least the 1960s. Encompassing an area just north of downtown Milwaukee to Shorewood, bordered by the Milwaukee River and Lake Michigan, the area encompasses residences, bars, shops, art theaters, live music clubs and the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee campus. Culture[edit] The East Side is considered by some as Milwaukee's melting pot, with a mix of hipsters, hippies, college students and young professionals converging in the area's diverse restaurants, bars and stores. The area is also known for its historic architecture, such as St. Hedwig's, on Humboldt Avenue. With the exception of St. Hedwig's, the buildings of the area reflect the styles popular in Mi...
