One of a kind gathering spot for friends or family. Also an ideal wedding venue! THE BARNSITE HAS JUST OPENED PREVIOUSLY BLOCKED DATES! The tastefully repurposed living space in a century old barn is gracefully appointed with all of the amenities. The Barnsite Retreat (formerly the Kewaunee Fine Arts Academy) is perched on the bluff overlooking the Kewaunee Harbor and Lake Michigan at the foot of the Door County Penninsula. The 9000 square feet of refurbished barn (in total) is situated within 4 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Set the stage for a great gathering and a lifetime of memories in this unique setting. The residence has approximately 2000 square feet of living space which includes a full kitchen, large laundry room, living room, dining room, den, 4 bedrooms (some on the smaller side) and 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. There are bedrooms on the second floor of each silo (2 total). These are accessed by separate winding staircases and would use the first floor 1/2 bath. (The winding staircases are not easily maneuvered by the elderly or very young.) One silo bedroom has a queen bed and the other one has a full bed. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor. One has a full bed and the other has a double bed. These two bedrooms are near the full bath on the second floor. There is also a daybed on the second floor balcony and a bed can be set up in the den for overflow. More
