Highly recommended for a fantastic, peaceful holiday
Yolanda Studios are spacious and offer (especially on the top floor) a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. The studios are very quietly located, near the small harbor of Agios Ioannis. In a few minutes you can walk along the beach to the cosy, nearby coastal village of Agia Fotia. Each of the studios is fully furnished and everything is spotlessly clean and tidy. The double bed is of very good quality and you can use air conditioning at no additional costs (although there is also a ceiling fan). The kitchen lacks nothing, but if you still have wishes, Yolanda and her husband Pandelis will do everything to accommodate you. And a unique point for Greek standards is that everything works as it should! This is highly recommended for a fantastic, peaceful holiday.

Απλά τέλεια το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα καθαρά και υπέροχη φιλοξενία που σε κάνει να νιώθεις πως είσαι σπίτι σου στην πιο όμορφη τοποθεσία της Χίου με την πιο όμορφη παραλία Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!!!!!!

ΣΙΓΟΥΡΑ ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΤΟ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΦΤΕΊΤΕ
Τα δωματια βρίσκονται σε πολύ ήσυχο περιβάλλον πολύ ευρύχωρα και καθαρά σαν να βρίσκεσαι στο σπίτι σου!!οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι σίγουρα θα ξαναπηγενα σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα ήταν η ωραιότερη διαμονή που έχω κάνει σε όλα άψογοι!!!!

Muhteşem doğa ve gençleştik
Mayıs ayında konakladığımız bu tesiste muhteşem anlar yaşadık. Doğanın seslerini bu kadar net duymayalı çok olmuştu. Kendi iç huzurumuzu bulduk ve gençleşmiş hissediyoruz. Tesis sahibi Yolanda ve eşi çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdikleri için onlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Aşırı temiz bu odada ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey mevcut. Şehir hayatından uzak sakinlik sevenlere çok tavsiye ediyoruz. Biz tekrar gideceğimize eminiz.

Stayment in Yolanda studios i chios
I stayed three months in Yolanda studios,its a perfect place,very quite apartments. 18 minutes from the city Chios.
And the service is absolutely amazing. Super nice staff ,they make me feel like I was in my own home 🏘️.
I recommend it highly.😊

Gastfreundschaft, tolle Aussicht, perfekte Lage, sehr sauber 🤩
Yolandas Studios leben durch die beiden liebevollen Gastgeber Yolanda und Pandelis. Beide kommen aus der Kreuzfahrtbranche und lesen die Wünsche der Gäste an den Augen ab. Die Lage der Studios ist hervorragend nahe am beliebten Strand und dem kleinen Ort Agios Ioannis und dennoch wunderbar ruhig. Jedes Studio hat einen Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge und direkt auf das Meer. Die beiden Gastgeber denken an jede Kleinigkeit, die wichtig sein könnte. Gerne gibt es Hinweise für Ausflüge oder Hilfe bei der Mietwagenbuchung. Das Studio wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Im Ort findet sich ein Hafen und Restaurants direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Umland ist zum Wandern geeignet. Ich würde jedem hier einen Urlaub empfehlen.

Εξαιρετικό
Είναι από τα καλύτερα δωμάτια που έχουμε μεινει. Μείναμε για 6 βράδια και φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο ήσυχο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα!!! Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν και να μας βοηθήσουν. Μας άφησαν να μπούμε νωρίτερα από το check in και την ημέρα αναχώρησης μας το άφησαν να κάνουμε check out ότι ώρα θέλαμε! Το νησί είναι καταπληκτικό και οι παραλίες καταγάλανες.... Όλα πολύ όμορφα!

Great place to stay!
Absolutely amazing! It is actually "Home", not "house": Great structure, modern design and fully accommodated.
The owners are a lovelt, friendly couple who are doing everything possible so you can spend a wonderful time in Chios.
It is not by luck that this place has been visited bt one of the most well-known traveller tellers!
The BEST choice you can take!

Great holiday
Very friendly hosts, amazing place! I Would definitely recommend this lovely property if you enjoy feeling like home, away from your home. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with everything that you need included. You'll find here an excelent place if you want to relax, to swim, to enjoy beautiful Chios Island . This property was absolutely perfect: , great view, great amenities. The beach is 200 m away from the property and the water is incredible.

The place to be....
Some things you can not catch in words. Our stay was more than magnificant and that has everything to do with Yolanda and Pantelis, They make you feel like you are in heaven.
Once going to Chios and especially to Yolanda studios, you never want to go somewhere else!
