Less than 10 minutes from Erin Hill! Private backyard with 100 yard driving range. Basement has a huge rec room with pool table, big screen tv and a bar that seats 8! Modern furniture and appliances. 3 bed room with finished rec room. Warm cozy and has a pull out couch and half bath. Only 10 minutes to Erin Hills! Welcome!!!!!!
