The Hollywood Hill Guest House was originally built in 1932. We completely renovated it in 2010. The bungalow sits between pastures on a five acre estate adjacent to the main house. Your circular driveway has gates at either end for your privacy. The open floor plan lends itself to a peaceful interior with space to spare. The kitchen has a Viking 6 burner stove top and convection oven. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen onto the rear deck. The large bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. There is a guest bathroom off the living room so dinner guests do not use the master bathroom. There is a service porch with a washer and dryer. The entire house has beautiful hard surfaces and wood trim. The bungalow has central heating and AC. This is not a party house! Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Children are welcome, but the house is not "child proof". The bungalow is on a sensitive septic system: flush only toilet paper. If it is discovered that foreign materials cause a backup in the system, actual service costs plus 20% will be charged back to the Guest.

Woodinville is the wine tasting center of the state. There are over 100 wine tasting rooms in the area. Just a few minutes down the road are a variety of restaurants. The beautiful Willows Lodge and Spa is just down the road. The stand-alone Guest House sits between pastures on nearly five acres of land. Seattle and different ferry terminals are approximately 30 minutes from the Guest House.

You really do need a vehicle to get around. Uber and Lift service the area, but it's nice to have your own car.
