The mission of our family owned boutique Historic Mercer Building is to provide you ~ our guests ~ with upscale intimate, comfortable accommodations in an urban, lively small downtown country setting. Located in the heart of Washington Wine Country these 2 lovely on-suites have been beautifully restored including the 110+ year old straight grain Douglas Fir floors and stunning 8' high by 3' wide windows.

We are proud to truly be a green building; built in 1906 by Willis Mercer and now owned and managed by great and great-great granddaughters. Truly adaptive reuse! This building housed all of Willis' children when they first married.

Beautifully decorated, perfectly located place to stay in Prosser. Loved the decor, big windows, view of "downtown", very comfy bed. Will plan to visit again!

one of the coolest places I've stayed recent times, 12' windows with velvet drapes, huge walk in shower, all the amenities you need and great location - walk downstairs to coffee shop or the gym!

Prosser is home to the Washington Wine industry where you can enjoy over 40 local wineries! It's also located in the largest hop growing region in the world. This friendly little community hosts numerous community events from Bottles, Brews and BBQs to the annual fall Balloon Rally. Check TourProsser website for more info. From the Historic Mercer you can walk to public tennis courts, the Saturday farmer's market, Prosser's seasonal Aquatic Center, local brew pubs and fun eateries in the community. Don't worry if you need a cook-in item - the community grocer is a block away! A great cycling trail links lower valley communities or try great golfing in surrounding communities. What better way to relax after a day tasting wine?
