The main floor features a fully equipped galley style kitchen with new countertops, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, plus a combination living/dining area with new flooring, furnishings, and fixtures, as well as a wood stove insert (firewood NOT provided) and a walk-out balcony that overlooks the well maintained common area grounds. The main floor features a fully equipped galley style kitchen with new countertops, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, plus a combination living/dining area with new flooring, furnishings, and fixtures, as well as a wood stove insert (firewood NOT provided) and a walk-out balcony that overlooks the well maintained common area grounds. Also included is one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, plus a 1/2-bath with all new fixtures. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with all new furnishings including 1-queen sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a new stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This monitored family vacation property will sleep 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Wi-Fi / NO Pets / NO Smoking Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: **Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly. **This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
