My Villa is in this beautiful old town of Edmonds, Washington State, the “Evergreen State!! Just 45 minutes from Seattle airport, 20 minutes to downtown Seattle and 90 minutes to Vancouver BC, Canada.
We are located in the “Emerald Hills” neighborhood, one of the safest places in the State. It is a beautiful, peaceful and secluded neighborhood just ten minutes walk from downtown Edmonds with its traditional shops, cafes and restaurants; including the State Ferry that connects with Kingston and Bainbridge Island.
The house is situated in a quiet Cul de sac and is gated giving it privacy and tranquility. You will be provided with a device opener and you may also use an entrance code. Also has a beautiful view of the Puget Sound and Whidbey Island.

Just a great place and lovely people. The Villa was immaculate and very beautifully decorated. We would definitely go back.
