Two Bedroom Lockoff- Two queen size beds, one queen pull out sofa bed in living area, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony. Sleeps 6.
All linens provided bed sheets, bath, pool & kitchen towels, hand soap, dish soap, 2 packs of laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, coffee filters, shampoo & body wash, plastic trash bags, cups, glasses, plates, cookware provided pans, pots, and bake ware, silverware and much much more.
Amenities
Include a seasonal outdoor pool, half basketball court, sand volley ball court, children's playground and charcoal barbecue grills. Guests have access to use the amenities at the resort they are registered at, and will not be permitted to use the amenities at other CLUB WYNDHAM® properties in the Williamsburg area
Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days.
Room is maintained by the resort to their five star standards. Pics are provided by the resort and can vary per unit.

Check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM for all owners and guests
A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in at some Wyndham resorts for phone calls, room service and other like charges. A $250.00 credit card pre-authorization is required at time of check-in; we do not accept cash deposits. If you use a "Debit Card" or "Check Card" the funds will be automatically withheld from your account and released by the resort at checkout.
Please note: It may take up to 30 days after your departure for the bank to release the "guaranteed" funds back to your account A fee may be associated with some of the resort amenities and activities. Please contact the resort for more details. Late Arrivals: Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification and forfeiture of all payments associated with your reservation. Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.
Reservation will need to be in a legal name (as it appears on a valid form of identification) of the person who is checking-in at the resort. Once you have booked, if you need to change the name of the person checking in there will be a $129 fee for any changes.

Unit does not have child locks for cabinets or toilets. Devices with cords are not secure to prevent tipping over, if the cord is pulled. So children under 5 will need parent supervision.
This was our first trip since the pandemic and we were very pleased. From check-in to check-out, the staff were anxious to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown.

Clean and comfortable
Perfect for our family. Clean and comfortable with well appointed kitchen. Close to Williamsburg attractions and restaurants. Only drawback was hot water in main bathroom suite took over 30 minutes to heat up the first time. Maintenance said let it run. Better afterward (only 10-15 minutes to heat) but no way to have a quick shower!

Just checked in and got to the unit. It is just a 1 bedroom for the 2 of us but it is beautiful. Fireplace, washer/dryer, soaking tub. Girls in a he office were great to deal with.

Really enjoyed our stay
We loved the extra space afforded by the condo. The decor is colonial so a little stiff, but clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The "deck" was small-only large enough for 2 chairs. I really enjoyed being able to sit out there and have coffee or wine and relax. It was very peaceful.
I hope we can return for a longer stay. The property is nice including a fire pit and a nice pool.
Cons: They are few. However, there is construction going on and the road is torn up, which makes getting out onto the road very difficult. The road also seems incredibly narrow. The sign for the property is ridiculously small and unlighted. i hope they fix these problems.

Spacious family friendly condo near everything you need!
First time booking online and even though the picture was different than the actual unit, the condo was spacious and very family friendly. Easy to book and easy communication with the owner. Our 3 kids had their own area to sleep and play. We will surely come back.

Great place to stay
Great place nice rooms close to everything. Very friendly people good pool awesome at night. Close to Busch Gardens and Water Country, Also easy to get to James Town and York Town. Great places to eat on Richmond Road

Check everything out fully, exactly what you are contracting and paying for. Check others.
Stayed at Wyndham Patriot's Place Resort. My problem is with the renter and what we thought we were booking. Resort personal said only ONE unit, not one unit AND a lockoff, which is what they are showing in the 4 pictures attached to the deal. So the 7-8 people that were arriving only had a one or two queen bedroom unit with one hide a bed on the contract, (per the Resort check in personnel) Holds up to 6 guests. We had not understood that. We did work it out to also get a lock off unit. Not a comfortable situation. The pool and hot tub are outside and closed. Construction is going on. Colonial Williamsburg buildings are closed each year from January 2nd or 3rd to January 28th. We did not know any of this. The place was comfortable, warm enough and if you can get connecting units it works for 8 people but be sure to check everything out thoroughly. Having surprises is embarrassing, this was for family and friends coming from all over the US. I would recommend the place but get a heads up, make sure what is included. What you are paying for. Check with others as there were other renters charging less than we paid. We booked months early, price decreased as time got closer to the date. (This may not happen in the summer) We didn't get a refund.

My experience at Wyndham Patriots Place has been extremely, extremely positive. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Every need or request is attended to immediately. Starting from the minute we arrived at Reception, the staff new our name -- a very nice personal touch. We rented both the deluxe A and B units. This is a great deal of space and puts suite hotels to shame. We had 4 flat screen TV's, 2 living rooms (which can double as sleeping quarters using the sleeper sofa), a full dining room, a kitchen that was well equipped, a kitchenette, a balcony and 2 bathrooms, which together contained a tub and shower, a deep soak tub with shower and shower stall -- three people can shower at the same time. Excellent living space! Wyndham Patriots Place is also conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg and roadways to Yorktown, Jamestown, Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. It is my first experience at a Wyndham Resort and I will definitely look into them on any trip in the future.

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The owner was extremely helpful and got our reservations set up very quickly - we had no problems getting checked in even though our rental was booked last minute. The location was extremely comfortable with everything in it we needed for the weekend. I was at this location with a bridal party (7 women) and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and also to get ready for the wedding. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something more than just a hotel room to stay in.
