We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. The names given will need to match your ID's. Any changes to the guest confirmation once confirmed requires a change fee of $99.00.
The resort does collect a daily amenities fee of $6.00 per condo daily.

We had a great time! There was so much for all of us to do! We would all definitely go again! We enjoyed it!

Had fun
Donation I had was that we didn't get a ground floor condo, and lock off. I have a bad knee, and thank God I had a couple guys that could carry my bags up. I had requested it a few weeks ahead of time,so I was hoping I could get on the ground floor. The air conditioner wasn't working right on the condo side, but they sent a guy over right away to fix it. The kids had a really good time, and we enjoyed ourselves around Williamsburg, and the area, and the pool at your condo. The pool was a little too heated though, otherwise it was great.

Family Vacay
Our stay was good. The only thing that was not so great was the sofa bed mattresses which were too firm and you could feel the springs. They were uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that the resort was great. Good amenities for all members of the family to enjoy and all stores and restaurants were close. Also short drive to Busch Gardens and Water Country. The service was friendly and the text communication was very effective and efficient. Rooms were clean and the accommodations were efficient! Definitely would recommend staying here. Can't wait to go back!

Door keys wouldn’t work whole time there. House keeping never really came to check on us had to call for supplies every day pool was over crowded even with there isolation for COVID but overall was ok will try again when pandemic is over.

Thanksgiving weekend with family!
We stayed @ the Wyndham Kingsgate resort in Williamsburg Va. Food, fun and family is all I can say! The accommodations were great. My grandchildren loved the indoor pool and video gaming arcade. The least attractive of the stay was having to climb three flights of stairs with luggage and groceries. That was a surprise! However the staff was just a phone call away. They were available to help with a smile! We had a great time!

close to bush gardens and water country.
awesome game room for the kids. We have two 7 yr olds and a 10 yr old, they loved it. For $5.00 got enough supplies to make 4 smores at the fire pit. We were 10 people in the 3 bedroom 3 bath 2 living rooms with queen pullouts in each with comfortable mattress not the usual thin ones you usually get. Dishwasher detergent laundry detergent paper towels coffee dish towels all provided.

Beautiful, convenient, fun resort for all
Windham Kingsgate was centrally located in Williamsburg, VA. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Only about 30 min from Yorktown. Clean, well-appointed apartment with comfortable bed and furnishings. Amazing property with nice pools, 2 awesome game rooms (free games), mini golf, tennis courts, playground, firepit, and more! Teen and adult children joined us. Plenty of room and privacy for all. Loved it!

Better than expected
We had an amazing time at this resort. Everything was top notch! We didn't want to leave the resort to sightsee because it was 90° outside. The best part was we didn't need to leave because there was so much to do in there. We would go back again.

The resort is located about a mile from Colonial Williamsburg and 6 miles from Busch Gardens. There are many dining and shopping options within a few miles of the resort. We do recommend a car during your stay.

From Washington, DC and points north: Take I-95 south to I-295 south to Richmond, then I-64 east to Williamsburg. Take exit #238 (Camp Peary/Colonial Wmsbg) and turn right onto Rte. 143 east. Turn right onto Rte. 132 South (second traffic light), then right onto Rte. 60 West (first traffic light). Follow Rte. 60 West to Waller Mill Road (second stop light) and turn right. Travel approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left to resort.
