Two decks, where you can enjoy a nice breeze or prepare a gourmet meal on the grill. Two high-def flat screen TVs (46'' and 43''), 3 cars parking next to the house. Washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. Adjacent spacious garage. Few bikes available for exploring the nearby park and boardwalk.
We provide plenty of beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas.
Shopping, amusements, water sport activities, mini golf and restaurants are nearby.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful Virginia Beach vacation at Sea La Vie. The house was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Even had lots of chairs, sand toys, etc. in the garage. Elena was so responsive and accommodating!! I would definitely return to Sea La Vie!!

Amazing!!!!
First off let me just say Sea La Vie is the perfect vacation home. The beach is literally in the backyard! The home was exceptionally clean and has everything you need from beach chairs to washer and dryer. Elena was the perfect host and really made sure things were perfect for our stay. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else while
vacationing in Virginia Beach.

Well kept place with a short walk to the beach and everything thing you need for the beach.
The place was great for us. We enjoyed the the walk/bike ride to the boardwalk. The beach wasn't crowded where we were. Parking is a little tight but manageable.

Wonderful vacation spot
We just spent an amazing week at Virginia Beach. The home is literally steps from the beach,away from the crowds yet close to all the area attractions. The house is spacious enough for people to have privacy but plenty of common areas to enjoy family time. I would highly recommend vacationing here.

Great rental and close to the beach.
We rented a great condo that was close to the beach. Everything you could think of was provided for your use, so it made it nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
We had a great stay with a party of 8. Just about everything you can think of was provided including dishes, cookware, grill, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. House was clean and very convenient to the beach. Nice back yard area for kids to play. Owner was very fast to communicate and provided all the information we needed to just show up and have a good time at the beach.

Best Vacation Ever!
This was our first time renting a vacation house, rather than a high-rise condo. The house was perfect for our large group as it was large enough to provide for some privacy when desired. And no 15 minute wait for an elevator as is common in a high-rise condo. Nice quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and boardwalk. We loved it - and the owners were awesome hosts!

Great house, great location, great owner!
Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic - just 2 minutes walk to a spectacular beach with no crowds. The house is super clean and modern with very comfortable beds and furniture. We like to bike and we brought our bikes with us. We stored them in the attached garage, which was very convenient. There are many great trails nearby. The owner provided lots of beach gear: chairs, lounges, boards, toys, coolers. We had a great time and kids keep asking when we are coming back. And we will definitely be back!!
The owner was extremely sharp in answering emails and recommended us a few great restaurants for dinner that our family truly enjoyed. Thanks a lot Elena!
