Welcome to your beach retreat! This comfortable four bedroom, two full bath getaway is approximately three blocks to the oceanfront. Charming beach neighborhood with local flare. We're family friendly and can accommodate your group with our family room and separate living area. This home has two Queen beds, one full bed and a bunk bed with a twin and full. You have a two car driveway as well as on street parking.
The Space
Spacious open floor plan. Relaxing downstairs living room with hardwood floors, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. Separate upstairs family room with a sitting area for reading as well as a flat screen tv. Full Size washer and dryer in unit.

Wonderful location, very short walk to the beach. Convenient store just a block away, McDonald's just 3 blocks away, and the boardwalk 3.5 blocks away. Just wonderful location. Definitely take your own soap and toilet products, paper towels.. they do have their own washer and dryer ... they do supply bath towels and wash clothes. Two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs.. two smaller bathrooms.. and two living rooms take something to watch the TV doesn't really work. The owner did communicate pretty well.. but overall good time

Exceeded my expectations
We had a very pleasant time. The beach house was very clean and so cozy. I loved the unique decor. We had three children under the age of five and it was very nice to have a separate upstairs living area for them to play in while we could enjoy some adult time in the second living area downstairs. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Steve.

Great house for a family vacation.
My family and I came down for our family reunion. It was perfect size for our large family. This location was perfect to fit our family and close to all our events and the beach, but far enough away from the crowds. We loved that the house had a washer and dryer. The house had beach supplies which was a great surprise. The sheets in the beach room were so soft and a high thread count. The owner was very responsive to my questions. We had no problems while we were there.

Great beach house
More than enough space and spread out and relax just a short walk from the beach. House was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. If you're looking for a spot in Virginia Beach that's close enough to all of the amenities but an escape from the noise and crowds of the boardwalk then this place is perfect!

Love the house, decorated really nice. Lots of room. Short walk to beach, 4 blocks from convention center. Close to a ton of activities for the kids. Will definitely be back

Perfect Location! Centrally located, 3 blocks to beach, 2 blocks to convention center
3 short blocks to beach and only 2 blocks to the convention center from this great beach house! Steve has everything there from the beach chairs,bicycles, washer &Dryer(full size), full kitchen (with everything you can think of), 2 media areas with full size couches & chairs,Tv'S, this worked out great with our family with three teenagers, each had there own bedroom, this was so much better than be cramped into a hotel room! There was a great dining table which we utilized when we cooked dinner and breakfast at the beach house! Steve was a great host, he gave us valuable information to make our first trip to virginia beach great! Steve recommended Waterman's restaurant, we had a great meal there! we also ate at Rudy's per his recomendation another great meal, both were waterfront. Steve also recommended "I FLY" (a few blocks away),My kids will remember that expierence forever! I did not try it,lol. Kids loved it! Steve's Beach house was perfect for a family, friends or a romantic getaway! It was very spacious, exceptionally clean, nice comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of parking in the driveway. It was easy to get to with the directions given to us by Steve. The boardwalk (only three blocks!) was great for walking and biking! There was a lock box on the door, easy access. I think Steve's discription of his place is spot on! Maybe under rated! We had a great time here and would definately stay here again and we would recommend to all! The kids didn't want to leave!
