House Rental
The property is set amongst 1.5 Hectares (3 acres) of tropical landscaping with exclusive waterfront views and access to Hauparua Inlet. A boat ramp and mooring pontoon are on the property with access to the wider Bay of Islands available by boat in all tides except Spring Low tide. The main house has two bedrooms and was largely rebuilt in 2016/17 and features open plan living with two attached decks and coastal decor in light colours. 20 metres away is a self-contained cottage with kitchenette. It has an en-suite bedroom & double pullout divan in the lounge. This cottage was extensively rebuilt in 2015.

Whilst we say we are suitable for kids, young children must be supervised strictly at all times when outside as our gardens are rocky (sharp volcanic rocks) and many tropical plants have prickles/thorns. There are though extensive areas of lawn. Also we are set on our own coastal peninsular with water on all sides to the North of the house with 25 metres and there is no fencing. Pets are allowed outside and there is a dog kennel although there are normally no pets on-site

Heaven on Earth!
If I could give this place over 5 stars I would. The location is AMAZING--very relaxing, beautiful scenery, everywhere you look! The place was immaculate and well taken care of. You can tell the owners care greatly about their property and cleanliness, which is something that means a lot to me. My daughter and I were VERY comfortable here and had everything we needed AND MORE! The owners are lovely people and so are their neighbors! We felt very spoiled...and did I say they are amazing cooks? Again, it just can't get better. Everyone is very friendly here. We will DEFINITELY be back. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Beautiful home, beautiful cottage, and beautiful grounds placed in a breath-taking area. The pictures don't do it justice. It's even better in person! WE LOVED IT! :) Thank you, Denis and Christine for your wonderful hospitality and for making us feel right at home!

We are set adjacent to Hauparua Inlet with Kerikeri Inlet and Te Puna Inlet 800 metres to a Km away. We are 1km from accessing the wider Bay of Islands by boat (144 Islands!).
Getting around
Really a rental is the way to go unless you want a great 'stay put' vacation...

We are 8.9 km from downtown Kerikeri. Generally guests will have their own rental vehicle although we are available to do pickups/dropffs from Kerikeri airport which is 12km away
