We had a wonderful relaxing weekend celebrating 2 sisters milestone birthdays in this gorgeous cottage, the setting is absolutely beautiful and the house is awesome. So many extra's that we loved and made our stay so wonderful. We cannot wait until we do it again. loved, loved this home.

If you need a place to get away from urban noise and relief your stress, this is the perfect place for you. Don't judge the cottage based on the picture posted here. The cottage is 100-times more beautiful than the pictures. You will enjoy the surrounding nature during the day time; at night time, the cottage gives you a soothing...

The Loft can also be booked at an additional charge.
The Loft is situated above the garage with access to the main house via a covered breezeway. It is fully self-contained with a Queen bed, a comfortable pull out sofa, TV, table and chairs and a small bathroom. If The Loft is required please contact Montville Real Estate for details and costing.

The prices listed above covers groups of up to 6 people. We charge $50 for each additional person (or $10 per child up 12 yrs).
