The newly renovated 3-piece bathroom has a spacious shower large enough for two with great water pressure! The brand new modern Moorish style kitchen as been well appointed with the following features i.e. duel burner gas cooktop (no oven), microwave, mini fridge w/ freezer, toaster oven, air fryer, blender, food processor, beverage fridge and dedicated coffee and tea bar with a fabulous brand new De'Longhi espresso and cappuccino machine! You'll often find the coffee bar set up with complimentary gourmet Italian espresso beans, Turkish coffee, teas, hot chocolate, biscotti, chocolates, etc.. all for your enjoyment!

Our private gated community has 24/7 security and is typically low key and quiet (please be advised that my casita is not a party pad) and we are all very animal friendly here so it is likely you'll see and hear neighbors pet dogs from time to time that also reside in the Rancho. Please note that our Rancho DOES NOT permit loud parties, events, fireworks or drug use of any kind on the property or on the beach. The guest Casita is also a non-smoking | vaping residence inside and outside.
Puerto Nuevo is a small fishing town just south of Rosarito known as the "Lobster Village". We are located approx 45 minutes from San Diego / San Yisdro border approx 10 miles south of downtown Rosarito nestled between Popotla and Primo Tapia with La Fonda, La Mision and Ensenada not much further South and the Valle de Guadalupe just east of us. Spend the day in our wine region “Valle de Guadalupe” where you will find exceptional vineyard tasting rooms and world renowned farm-to-table restaurants. Ride horses on the beach, surf and rent quads at the dunes. Or, take a drive to Ensenada which is about 20 minutes south along the most beautiful scenic ocean view cliffs. local taxi's and buses are available for restaurants and such however, it really is most convent and best for you to have a vehicle to get around to the neighboring areas.

How to get there
Puerto Nuevo and our rancho is approx 45 minutes south of th San Diego boarder and about the same from the Tijuana airport. You can get a Lyft or Uber from TJ but they are not available once you arrive to the Rosarito area. It is my recommendation to have a vehicle during your stay.
