The four-floor Athenea complex consists of 33 apartments. A common swimming pool with a garden is situated in the middle of it. The apartment is on the ground floor and comprises a private garden and a terrace. Both are sun-oriented. It is free from possible noise from the swimming pool. It sleeps four people with one double bed (160cm) and two single ones (90cm). There is a flat-screen TV in the living space, as well as a DVD player and a portable CD-USB-radio-cassette player. Free wifi is available. (Unlimited) The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, deep-freezer, microwave oven, oven, coffee machine (senseo) and all necessary kitchen utensils. The beaches of Empuries are at 5 minutes' walking distance and the traditional old town with bars, restaurants and shops is at 10 minutes' walk. Supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl, Dia…are at 2 minutes' walk. The nearest golf course is at 15K. At the back of the apartment there is a playground for children. Extra costs: On top of the basic rent we charge 80 euro for the use of the airco. Cleaning the apartment costs 60€. To be brought by yourself: bed linen, towels, hair dryer. The apartment can easily be reached by car, by plane (Barcelona 150K, Gerona 50K, Perpignan 90K), by train (HST as far as Figueres 25K) and by bus. In summer a lot of buses are available coming from the north. The apartment is available on the day of reservation from 3 p.m. The last day of the reservation the apartment must be free at 10 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Het 'Athenea' complex telt 33 appartementen verdeeld over 4 verdiepingen. In het midden is er een gemeenschappelijk zwembad omgeven door een tuin. Het appartement bevindt zich op de gelijkvloers en beschikt over een privé-tuin en terras. Ze liggen beide zongericht en er is geen last van eventueel lawaai van het zwembad. Er is slaapgelegenheid voor 4 personen, een tweepersoonsbed (160cm) en 2 enkele bedden (90cm), voorzien. In de leefruimte staat er een flat screen televisie, een dvd speler en een draagbare cd-usb-radio-cassette speler. Er is gratis wifi beschikbaar.(ongelimiteerd) Ook is er een totaal ingerichte keuken met afwasmachine, frigo, diepvriezer, microgolf, oven, koffie apparaat (senseo) en alle nodige keukengerei ter beschikking. In de ondergrondse privé-parking, met directe toegang tot het appartement via een lift, kan je één wagen parkeren. De stranden van Empuries bevinden zich op 5 minuten wandelen en de traditionele oude stad met bars, restaurants en winkels op 10 minuten wandelen. Supermarkten zoals Mercadona, Lidl, Dia,... zijn op 2 minuten wandelen. Het dichtstbijzijnde golfterrein ligt op 15 km. Aan de achterkant van het appartement is er een speeltuin voor kinderen. Extra kosten: Bovenop de basishuur vragen we 80 euro/week voor het gebruik van de airconditioning. De opkuis van het appartement kost 50 euro. Zelf te voorzien: bedlinnen, handdoeken, keukenhanddoeken, haardroger. Het appartement is makkelijk bereikbaar met de wagen, met het vliegtuig (Barcelona - 150km, Gerona - 50km, Perpignan - 90km), per trein (HST tot in Figueres - 25km) en per bus (tijdens de zomer worden tal van bussen vanuit het noorden ingezet). Het appartement is beschikbaar op de dag van reservering vanaf 15 uur. De laatste dag van de reservering moet het appartement vrij zijn om 10 uur. Er worden geen huisdieren toegelaten. Le complexe ‘Athenea’ comprend 33 appartements répartis sur 4 étages. Au milieu se trouve une piscine commune entourée d’un jardin. L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d’un jardin privé et d’une terrace, tous les deux orientés vers le sud. Il n’y a pas d’inconvenients sonores provenants de la piscine. Quatre personnes y peuvent dormer: il y a un double lit (160cm) et 2 lits simples (90cm) Dans le living il y a une télé flat screen, un DVD, et un portable CD-USB-radio-cassette. Accès internet wifi gratuit. (Illimité) Il y a également une cuisine équipée avec lave-vaisselle, frigo, congélateur, micro-ondes, four, cafetière électrique (senseo) et tous les ustensils de cuisine. Dans le parking privé sous-terrain avec accès direct à l’appartement via l’ascenseur, il y a un emplacement pour une voiture. Les plages d’Empurias se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied et la vieille ville avec bars, restaurants et magasins est à 10 minutes à pied. Les grandes surfaces comme Mercadona, Lidl, Dia… sont à 2 minutes à pied. A l’arrière de l’appartement il y a une plaine de jeux pour enfants Coûts extra: En supplément du loyer de base nous demandons 80 euros par semaine pour l’usage de l’airco.
