A magnificent villa for 8 people located in Port d’Alcúdia, very close to the large sandy beach of the bay of Alcúdia. This spacious property has a garden, a swimming pool, several furnished terraces, a solarium, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom. Excellent villa
Just spent a glorious week at this villa. Property had everything you could require.
Lovely pool and garden area. Excellent location close to the beach.
Cleanliness of the highest standard.
Staff so easy to deal with.
Kitchen we'll stocked. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
Hardly able to get my 2 grandchildren out of the pool.
Would highly recommend this villa.

Excellent Clean Great Location Villa - 5 star
Wow we stayed at this villa for 11 nights in July 2020, the location is perfect, the villa was beautiful, spacious and clean. The contact was amazing too - everything was exactly perfect. Thank you Antoni you were fabulous during our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Accommodation
We have just returned from spending a fantastic week at this Villa. The house is large and spacious and wheelchair accessible which was perfect for us. Lounge, Kitchen and four bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Large outdoor area including a great pool and bbq area.Also a ramp upto the pool which was great for the wheelchair access. The owner was nice and friendly and left us drinks, cakes and even dropped some croissants and pastries off for us mid week. The villa is located in a great spot. Open the side gate and you are within 50m of the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. Shops and supermarkets again just across the road. Great weather added to a fantastic week. Could really not fault the place and would not hesitate in rebooking. Thanks for a great holiday.

Fantastic!
Fantastic location. Walk to beach is less than 5 minutes and local amenities close by. Wow what an amazing villa. Spotlessly clean and lots of facilities at villa. We had a hamper of fresh fruit and cakes to welcome us and mid way had fresh pastries delivered. 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Lovely outdoor space with pool and table tennis. Barbeque area. Friendly owner and staff.
