Comfortable, well priced accommodation.
We were met by the owner who is friendly and helpful. The flat is very comfortable with excellent heating (it was cold in February) and has air conditioning if necessary. It has a south facing balcony with chairs. The TV is largely tuned to Spanish programmes but can access Netflix, etc if you are a subscriber. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well equipped including a fruit juicer for those lovely, fresh Spanish oranges. The immediate area is a bit unexciting but there are decent restaurants within 5 minutes walk and very good restaurants about 10 minutes away. Parking is easy in the side streets. You are some distance from the major tourist sites but we got all around the island from Porto Colom. The town itself has some pleasant strolling and a small twice (?) weekly market for fruit and veg and a number of stores. Overall we were very pleased with our accommodation and felt it to be a very fair price.

Siamo tornati domenica da una bellissima vacanza a Maiorca. Appartamento stupendo, con tutti i servizi, pulito, vicino al mare . Il proprietario è una persona simpatica e molto disponibile.
